Cisplatin-Based Chemotherapy and/or Surgery in Treating Young Patients With Adrenocortical Tumor
Completed
This phase III clinical trial is studying how well cisplatin-based chemotherapy and/or surgery works in treating young patients with stage I, stage II, stage III or stage IV adrenocortical cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) may kill more tumor cells. Giving chemotherapy before surgery may make the tumor s... Read More

Treatment of Patients With Newly Diagnosed Medulloblastoma, Supratentorial Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumor, or Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor
Completed
Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as vincristine, cisplatin, and cyclophosphamide, work in different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to damage tumor cells. Combining radiation therapy with chemotherapy may kill more tumor cells. Autologous stem cell transplant may be able to replace blood-forming cells that were destroyed by chemotherapy or radiation therapy. It is not yet known which radiation therapy regimen combined... Lorlatinib in Combination With Chemotherapy in Participants With Metastatic Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase Positive (ALK+) Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Who Progressed on Single-agent Lorlatinib
Withdrawn
This clinical trial is an open-label, single arm study evaluating the safest dose of lorlatinib in combination with standard of care chemotherapy in participants with metastatic anaplastic lymphoma kinase positive (ALK+) NSCLC who progressed on prior therapy of lorlatinib alone. The main goals of this study are to: * Evaluate the safety and tolerability of lorlatinib in combination with standard of care chemotherapy. * Evaluate how well the combination of lorlatinib and standard of care chemoth... This randomized phase III trial studies chemoembolization and sorafenib tosylate to see how well they work compared with chemoembolization alone in treating patients with liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as doxorubicin hydrochloride, mitomycin, and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Testing the Addition of an Immunotherapy Drug, Atezolizumab, to the Usual Chemotherapy Treatment During Radiation Therapy for Superior Sulcus Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Withdrawn
This phase II trial tests the effect of atezolizumab given with usual chemotherapy during radiation therapy in treating patients with superior sulcus non-small cell lung cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, carboplatin, etoposide, paclitaxel and pemetrexed, work in different ways to stop the growth of... Read More
