The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Zanidatamab plus CisGem (Cisplatin and Gemcitabine) with or without the addition of a programmed death protein 1/ligand-1 (PD-1/L1) inhibitor (physician's choice of either Durvalumab or Pembrolizumab, where approved under local regulations) as first line of treatment for participants with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive biliary tract cancer. This phase III trial studies how well mitotane alone works compared to mitotane with cisplatin and etoposide when given after surgery in treating patients with adrenocortical cancer that has a high risk of coming back (recurrence). Cortisol can cause the growth of adrenocortical tumor cells. Antihormone therapy, such as mitotane, may lessen the amount of cortisol made by the body. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin and etoposide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with specific genetic changes called human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) mutations. Advanced NSCLC is a group of lung cancers that have spread to nearby tissues or to other parts of the body or that are unlikely to be cured or controlled with currently available treatments. HER2 is a protein that helps cells to grow and divide. A damage (also called mutation) to the building plans (genes) for this protein in cancer cells leads to a production of abnormal HER2 and therefore abnormal cell growth and division. The study treatment, BAY 2927088, is expected to block the mutated HER2 protein which may stop the spread of NSCLC. The main purpose of this study is to learn how well BAY 2927088 works and how safe it is compared with standard treatment, in participants who have advanced NSCLC with specific genetic changes called HER2 mutations. The study participants will receive one of the study treatments: * BAY 2927088 twice every day as a tablet by mouth, or * Standard treatment in cycles of 21 days via infusion ("drip") into the vein. The treatment will continue for as long as participants benefit from it without any severe side effects or until they or their doctor decide to stop the treatment. During the study, the doctors and their study team will: * take imaging scans, including CT, PET, MRI, and X-rays, of different parts of the body to study the spread of cancer * check the overall health of the participants by performing tests such as blood and urine tests, and checking * heart health using an electrocardiogram (ECG) * perform pregnancy tests for women * ask the participants questions about how they are feeling and what adverse events they are having. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. This phase III trial studies the side effects and how well risk-based therapy works in treating younger patients with newly diagnosed liver cancer. The purpose of this study is to assess the antitumor activity, safety, and tolerability of tislelizumab plus investigational agent(s) with or without chemotherapy. This phase I/II trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of a new combination of drugs, ZEN003694, cisplatin, and etoposide in treating patients with NUT carcinoma (phase I), and identifies whether this combination therapy works to shrink tumor in these patients (phase II). Another purpose of this study is to see whether there are any changes in patient's tumor or blood characteristics (e.g. genes, molecules, etc.) due to combination therapy. ZEN003694 inhibits the production of certain growth-promoting proteins and may prevent proliferation of tumor cells that use those proteins for their growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as etoposide and cisplatin, work by stopping or slowing the growth of cancer cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving atezolizumab, pemetrexed disodium, and cisplatin before surgery may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed. The main purpose of this study is to find out whether the study drug, LY4050784, is safe, tolerable and effective in participants alone or in combination with other anticancer agents. In addition, with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors with a BRG1 (Brahma-related gene 1, also known as SMARCA4) alteration who have previously received, do not qualify for, or are refusing standard of care treatments, or there is no standard therapy available for the disease.
