This randomized phase III trial studies how well cisplatin or carboplatin (platinum based chemotherapy) works compared to capecitabine in treating patients with remaining (residual) basal-like triple-negative breast cancer following chemotherapy after surgery (neoadjuvant). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, carboplatin and capecitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This is a first-in-human study evaluating the anti-T cell immunoglobulin and mucin containing protein-3 (TIM-3) antibody TSR-022. The study will be conducted in 2 parts with Part 1 consisting of dose escalation and Part 2 dose expansion. This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of nintedanib when given together with cisplatin and docetaxel and to see how well they work in treating patients with previously untreated stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer who are undergoing surgery. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin and docetaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Nintedanib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving cisplatin, docetaxel, and nintedanib before surgery may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed. Read Less

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of gemcitabine and cisplatin when given together with ivosidenib or pemigatinib in treating patients with cholangiocarcinoma that cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable) or has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Chemotherapy drugs, such as gemcitabine and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Ivosidenib and pemigatinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving gemcitabine and cisplatin with ivosidenib or pemigatinib may work better in treating patients with cholangiocarcinoma compared to gemcitabine and cisplatin alone. Read Less

Infigratinib is an oral drug which selectively binds to fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) 2 and is being developed to treat participants with FGFR2 mutated cholangiocarcinoma. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the investigational agent oral infigratinib vs standard of care chemotherapy (gemcitabine plus cisplatin) in first-line treatment of participants with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma with FGFR2 fusion/rearrangement. This phase III trial studies the side effects of combination chemotherapy, 3-dimensional conformal radiation therapy, and an autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplant, and to see how well they work in treating young patients with atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor of the central nervous system. Giving high-dose chemotherapy before an autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplant stops the growth of cancer cells by stopping them from dividing or killing them. Giving colony-stimulating factors, such as G-CSF, helps stem cells move from the bone marrow to the blood so they can be collected and stored. Chemotherapy or radiation therapy is then given to prepare the bone marrow for the stem cell transplant.
