A Study of Atezolizumab in Combination With Carboplatin or Cisplatin + Pemetrexed Compared With Carboplatin or Cisplatin + Pemetrexed in Participants Who Are Chemotherapy-Naive and Have Stage IV Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) (IMpower 132)
Completed
This is a randomized, Phase III, multicenter, open-label study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of atezolizumab in combination with cisplatin or carboplatin + pemetrexed compared with treatment with cisplatin or carboplatin + pemetrexed in participants who are chemotherapy-naive and have Stage IV non-squamous NSCLC. Eligible participants will be randomized by a 1:1 ratio into 2 groups: Arm A (Atezolizumab + Carboplatin or Cisplatin + Pemetrexed) and Arm B (Carboplatin or Cisplatin +... Read More

Gemcitabine Plus Cisplatin With or Without Bintrafusp Alfa (M7824) in Participants With 1L BTC
Terminated
Study consisted of an open-label, safety run-in part and a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2/3 part. In the Phase 2/3 part, the study was evaluated whether bintrafusp alfa in combination with the current standard of care (SoC) (gemcitabine plus cisplatin) improves overall survival (OS) in chemotherapy and immunotherapy-naïve participants with locally advanced or metastatic Biliary Tract Cancer (BTC) compared to placebo, gemcitabine and cisplatin.

Sintilimab or Placebo With Chemotherapy in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma ( ORIENT-15 )
Completed
This is a randomized, double-blind multi-center, phase III study comparing the efficacy and safety of sintilimab or placebo in combination with chemotherapy as first-line treatment in subjects with unresectable, locally advanced recurrent or metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. After the interim analysis conducted by the iDMC, an open-label assignment of experimental arm therapy will continue in regions outside of China, in order to further evaluate the efficacy and safety of sintilim... Gemcitabine Hydrochloride and Cisplatin With or Without Bevacizumab in Treating Patients With Advanced Urinary Tract Cancer
Completed
This randomized phase III trial studies gemcitabine hydrochloride, cisplatin, and bevacizumab to see how well they work compared with gemcitabine hydrochloride and cisplatin in treating patients with urinary tract cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as gemcitabine hydrochloride and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Ph 2/3 Study in Subjects With MPM to Assess ADI-PEG 20 With Pemetrexed and Cisplatin
Completed
This is a study of ADI-PEG 20 (pegylated arginine deiminase), an arginine degrading enzyme versus placebo in patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma. Malignant pleural mesothelioma have been found to require arginine, an amino acid. Thus the hypothesis is that by restricting arginine with ADI-PEG 20, the malignant pleural mesothelioma cells will starve and die.
