Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Giving chemotherapy before surgery may shrink the tumor so that it can be removed during surgery. The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of post-transplant cyclophosphamide and a post-transplant infusion of donor cells, that have been specially processed to remove alpha beta t-cells, in patients undergoing a haploidentical allogeneic stem cell transplant to help reduce the risk of relapse without increasing the risk of graft-versus-host disease. This open-label, randomized, parallel group study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of obinutuzumab in combination with cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisolone or prednisone (CHOP) chemotherapy versus rituximab (MabThera/Rituxan) with CHOP in previously untreated participants with cluster of differentiation 20 (CD20)-positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Participants will be randomized to receive either obinutuzumab 1000 milligrams (mg) intravenously (IV) every 21 days or rituximab 375 milligrams per square meter (mg/m\^2) IV every 21 days for 8 cycles, in addition to 6-8 cycles of CHOP chemotherapy IV every 21 days. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of combining low-dose vinblastine and celecoxib with standard regimens of combination chemotherapy in treating patients who have newly-diagnosed metastatic Ewing's sarcoma family of tumors. This randomized phase II trial studies how well giving busulfan, cyclophosphamide, and melphalan or busulfan and fludarabine phosphate before donor hematopoietic cell transplant works in treating younger patients with juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia. Giving chemotherapy before a donor hematopoietic transplant helps stop the growth of cancer cells. It may also stop the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's stem cells. When the healthy stem cells from a donor are infused into the patient, they may help the patient's bone marrow make stem cells, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. This open-label, multicenter study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of obinutuzumab \[RO5072759 (GA101)\] in combination with CHOP (Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Vincristine, Prednisone) chemotherapy in patients with advanced diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Patients will receive 8 cycles of obinutuzumab (1000 mg intravenously on Day 1 of each 21-day cycle, during Cycle 1 obinutuzumab will also be infused on Days 8 and 15) in combination with CHOP chemotherapy on Day 1 of cycles 1 to 6. A substudy will investigate the drug-drug interaction of obinutuzumab with CHOP chemotherapy agents.
