Anti-EGFRvIII synNotch Receptor Induced Anti-EphA2/IL-13Ralpha2 CAR (E-SYNC) T Cells
Recruiting
This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of E-SYNC chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells after lymphodepleting chemotherapy in treating patients with EGFRvIII positive (+) glioblastoma. Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy is a type of treatment in which a patient's T cells (a type of immune system cell) are changed in the laboratory so the CAR T cells will attack cancer cells. T cells are taken from a patient's blood. Then the gene for a special receptor that... Read More

Brentuximab Vedotin and Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With CD30-Positive Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma
Active Not Recruiting
This phase II trial studies the side effects and how well brentuximab vedotin and combination chemotherapy work in treating patients with CD30-positive peripheral T-cell lymphoma. Brentuximab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, brentuximab, linked to a toxic agent called vedotin. Brentuximab attaches to CD30 positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers vedotin to kill them. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, etoposide, and prednisone work in different ways t... Read More

Active Not Recruiting
This randomized phase II trial studies how well an IRX-2 Regimen works in treating women with cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia 3 or squamous vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia 3. The IRX-2 Regimen consists of a single dose of cyclophosphamide, followed by 21 days of indomethacin, zinc-containing multivitamins, and omeprazole. Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Young Patients With Newly Diagnosed T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia or T-cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma
Active Not Recruiting
This randomized phase III trial is studying different combination chemotherapy regimens and their side effects and comparing how well they work in treating young patients with newly diagnosed T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) may kill more cancer cells. It is no... Read More

Completed
The purpose of this study is to evaluate if ibrutinib administered in combination with rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone (R-CHOP) improves the clinical outcome in newly diagnosed patients with non-germinal center B-cell subtype (GCB) of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) selected by immunohistochemistry (IHC) or newly diagnosed patients with activated B cell-like (ABC) subtype of DLBCL identified by gene expression profiling (GEP) or both populations.
