This phase II trial studies how well capecitabine, cyclophosphamide, lapatinib ditosylate, and trastuzumab work in treating patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive metastatic breast cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as capecitabine and cyclophosphamide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving capecitabine and cyclophosphamide daily may kill more tumor cells. Lapatinib ditosylate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for growth. Monoclonal antibodies, such as trastuzumab, can block tumor growth in different ways. Some block the ability of the tumor to grow and spread. Others find tumor cells and help kill them or carry tumor-killing substances to them. The main purpose of this protocol is to estimate the percentage of patients with intermediate risk Hodgkin lymphoma who will survive free of disease (Event-free survival) for three years after treatment with multi-agent chemotherapy (Stanford V) and low-dose, tailored-field radiation therapy. This is a multicenter, open-label, phase 1, single arm study intended to determine the optimal target dose and safety of bb2121 in subjects with HR (R-ISS Stage III per IMWG criteria) NDMM. Subjects should have received 3 Cycles of standard induction therapy prior to undergoing leukapheresis procedure to collect autologous mononuclear cells for manufacture of the drug product (bb2121). Following manufacture of the drug product, subjects will receive fourth cycle of induction therapy followed by lymphodepleting therapy with fludarabine and cyclophosphamide prior to bb2121 infusion.
