Withdrawn
This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects and best dose of NEXI-001 when given with decitabine and lymphodepleting chemotherapy in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) that has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed) or that has not responded to previous treatment (refractory) following an allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation from a matched donor. NEXI-001 is a type of chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapy in which a... Read More

Emapalumab With Post-Transplant Cyclophosphamide, Tacrolimus and Mycophenolate Mofetil for the Prevention of Graft-versus-Host Disease After Donor Reduced-Intensity Hematopoietic Cell Transplant
Not Yet Recruiting
This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects and effectiveness of emapalumab with post-transplant cyclophosphamide, tacrolimus, and mycophenolate mofetil in preventing graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) after reduced-intensity donor (allogeneic) hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT). A Master Protocol (LY900023) That Includes Several Clinical Trials of Drugs for Children and Young Adults With Cancer
Recruiting
The main purpose of the master is to help the research sites and sponsor carry out several clinical trials more efficiently by providing a common research protocol. Individual clinical trials under this master protocol define drug/disease-specific research goals and activities to test them. New studies will be added as new drugs emerge against different cancers. Participation in the trial will depend on how long the benefit lasts.

Study of Carfilzomib in Combination With Induction Chemotherapy in Children With Relapsed or Refractory Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
Completed
The purpose of Phase 1b of this study is to: * Asses the safety, tolerability and activity of carfilzomib, alone and in combination with induction chemotherapy, in children with relapsed or refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). * Determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and to recommend a phase 2 dose of carfilzomib in combination with induction chemotherapy. The purpose of Phase 2 of this study is to compare the rate of complete remission (CR) of carfilzomib in combination with vin... Read More

S0016 Combination Chemotherapy With Monoclonal Antibody Therapy in Newly Diagnosed Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
Active Not Recruiting
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Monoclonal antibodies can locate tumor cells and either kill them or deliver radioactive tumor-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. It is not yet known which monoclonal antibody plus combination chemotherapy regimen is more effective in treating non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is comparing 2 different monoclonal antibod... Read More
