RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) may kill more cancer cells. G-CSF may help lessen the side effects in patients receiving chemotherapy. Imaging procedures, such as fludeoxyglucose F 18-PET/CT imaging, may help doctors predict how patients will respond to treatment. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying fludeoxyglucose F 18-PET/CT imaging to see how well it works in assessing response to combination chemotherapy and allow doctors to plan better additional further treatment in treating patients with stage III or stage IV Hodgkin lymphoma. This two-arm, randomized, open-label, multicenter study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of trastuzumab emtansine in combination with pertuzumab versus trastuzumab in combination with pertuzumab and a taxane as adjuvant therapy in participants with human epidermal growth (HER) factor 2 (HER2)-positive primary invasive breast cancer. Following surgery and anthracycline-based chemotherapy, participants will receive either trastuzumab emtansine at a dose of 3.6 milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg) and pertuzumab at a dose of 420 milligrams (mg) intravenously (IV) every 3 weeks (q3w) or trastuzumab at a dose of 6 mg/kg and pertuzumab at a dose of 420 mg IV q3w in combination with a taxane. This randomized phase III trial compares two different high-dose chemotherapy regimens followed by a stem cell transplant in treating younger patients with high-risk neuroblastoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving combination chemotherapy before surgery may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed. Giving these treatments before a peripheral blood stem cell transplant helps kill any tumor cells that are in the body and helps make room in the patient?s bone marrow for new blood-forming cells (stem cells) to grow. After treatment, stem cells are collected from the patient's blood and stored. High-dose chemotherapy and radiation therapy is then given to prepare the bone marrow for the stem cell transplant. The stem cells are then returned to the patient to replace the blood-forming cells that were destroyed by the high- chemotherapy. The purpose of the current study is to continue to optimize conditioning regimens in high-risk patients with severe aplastic anemia transplanted with marrow from HLA-compatible unrelated donors. Specifically, the study will determine whether the addition of fludarabine to the conditioning regimen previously described by Deeg et al. will permit a reduction in the CY dose, to a point where sustained hematopoietic engraftment and survival are maintained (or improved), while the frequency of major regimen-related toxicity (RRT) and early deaths is reduced.
