This research study is evaluating the combination of drugs, pembrolizumab with chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy, as a possible treatment for primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma that has recurred after prior treatment. The goal of this research study is to evaluate the combination of study drugs, Glofitamab and Polatuzumab, and a standard chemotherapy regimen, R-CHP, as a treatment for high-risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
