T2007-002 Clofarabine, Etoposide, Cyclophosphamide in Relapsed Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML)

Clofarabine is a drug approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) for treating children (age 1-21) with leukemia. This research study will use clofarabine with two other cancer fighting drugs. Clofarabine will be used together with etoposide (VePesid®, VP-16) and cyclophosphamide (Cytoxan®).

The primary objective of this study was to compare the safety of dose-dense ABI-007 (Abraxane) 260 mg/m\^2 or Taxol 175 mg/m\^2 given every 2 weeks following dose-dense Adriamycin plus Cytoxan (AC) chemotherapy. Bevacizumab was administered at 10 mg/kg every 2 weeks throughout chemotherapy, and then at 15 mg/kg every 3 weeks following chemotherapy.

Potentiation of Cetuximab by Tregs Depletion With CSA in Advanced Head & Neck Cancer

This is a feasibility study to assess the effectiveness of cetuximab when administered with low dose oral cyclophosphamide. Patients with metastatic squamous cell cancer of head and neck who have progressed on first line chemotherapy other than a cetuximab containing regimen will be treated with standard of care weekly cetuximab and twice daily low dose oral cyclophosphamide for 12 weeks.
