Genetically Modified T Cells and Decitabine in Treating Patients With Recurrent or Refractory Ovarian, Primary Peritoneal, or Fallopian Tube Cancer
Active Not Recruiting
This phase I trial studies the side effects of genetically modified T cells and decitabine in treating patients with recurrent or refractory epithelial or non-epithelial ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer that has come back or has not responded to previous treatments. White blood cells called T cells are collected via a process called leukapheresis, genetically modified to recognize and attack tumor cells, then given back to the patient. Decitabine may induce and increase the... Read More

Dinutuximab, Sargramostim, and Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With Newly Diagnosed High-Risk Neuroblastoma
Active Not Recruiting
This phase II pilot trial studies the side effects and how well dinutuximab and sargramostim work when combined with chemotherapy in patients with high-risk neuroblastoma. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as dinutuximab, may induce changes in the body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Sargramostim helps the body produce normal infection-fighting white blood cells. These cells also help the dinutuximab work better. Giving chemother... Read More

Cyclophosphamide and Veliparib in Treating Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer
Active Not Recruiting
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of cyclophosphamide and veliparib when given together in treating patients with breast cancer that has spread from where it started to nearby tissue or lymph nodes or to other places in the body. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Veliparib may stop the growth of tumo... Read More

Risk-Adapted Chemotherapy in Treating Younger Patients With Newly Diagnosed Standard-Risk Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia or Localized B-Lineage Lymphoblastic Lymphoma
Active Not Recruiting
This partially randomized phase III trial studies the side effects of different combinations of risk-adapted chemotherapy regimens and how well they work in treating younger patients with newly diagnosed standard-risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia or B-lineage lymphoblastic lymphoma that is found only in the tissue or organ where it began (localized). Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing,... Read More

Active Not Recruiting
The purpose of the study is to find out whether the combination of chemotherapy drugs that are routinely used in children with ALL, will be safe and effective in treating adult patients with ALL. The standard treatment for adults with ALL consists of many chemotherapy drugs that are given in different combinations and in several steps. In adult ALL there is no standard which drugs to give and how to combine them. Some leukemias have a chromosome abnormality called Philadelphia chromosome (also c... Read More
