About 60% of patients with DLBCL can be cured with a chemotherapy program. It is called RCHOP-21 (Rituximab, Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Vincristine, and Prednisone). It is given once every 3 weeks, for 18 weeks. Each three weeks is a cycle. Some factors predict that you may not be cured with R-CHOP-21. The most common ones are: * Stage - how much DLBCL, PMBL, or FL3B you have * LDH - a blood chemistry marker; and * Whether you can do your normal daily activities. (performance status) We think that the best way to cure more patients with poor risk factors is to add new treatment to R-CHOP. You will get different chemotherapy after 4 cycles. The primary objective of this study is to compare safety and efficacy of a haploidentical T-cell depleted HSCT and adjunctive treatment with ATIR101 versus a haploidentical T cell replete HSCT with post-transplant administration of high dose cyclophosphamide (PTCy) in patients with a hematologic malignancy. The main purpose of this study is to learn if adding bevacizumab to standard treatment with chemotherapy (docetaxel, doxorubicin, and cyclophosphamide) for early stage HER2-negative breast cancer will prevent breast cancer from returning. A second purpose of this study is to learn if adding bevacizumab to treatment with chemotherapy will help women with HER2-negative breast cancer live longer. Giving the drugs in different combinations may kill more breast cancer cells. Giving combination chemotherapy after surgery may kill any tumor cells that remain after surgery. This randomized phase III trial compares two different high-dose chemotherapy regimens followed by a stem cell transplant in treating younger patients with high-risk neuroblastoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving combination chemotherapy before surgery may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed. Giving these treatments before a peripheral blood stem cell transplant helps kill any tumor cells that are in the body and helps make room in the patient?s bone marrow for new blood-forming cells (stem cells) to grow. After treatment, stem cells are collected from the patient's blood and stored. High-dose chemotherapy and radiation therapy is then given to prepare the bone marrow for the stem cell transplant. The stem cells are then returned to the patient to replace the blood-forming cells that were destroyed by the high- chemotherapy. It is not yet known which regimen of high-dose chemotherapy is more effective for patients with high-risk neuroblastoma undergoing a peripheral blood stem cell transplant. Read Less

The goal of this study is to see if the study therapy can decrease the chemotherapy-related side effects while maximizing the effectiveness of disease control. The physicians will also be studying the effect of removing T-cells from the donor"s stem cells before transplant. T-cells are a type of white blood cell that may help cause a serious side effect of transplant called Graft versus Host Disease (GVHD). The way it removes the T-cells from the donor stem cells is actually by selecting only the stem cells (called CD34 cells) by using a device called CliniMACS. This process is called CD34 selection. This pilot clinical trial studies the side effects and the best way to give vorinostat with isotretinoin and combination chemotherapy and to see how well they work in treating younger patients with embryonal tumors of the central nervous system. Vorinostat may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as isotretinoin, vincristine sulfate, cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, and etoposide phosphate, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving vorinostat with isotretinoin and combination chemotherapy may be an effective treatment for embryonal tumors of the central nervous system. A peripheral blood stem cell transplant may be able to replace blood-forming cells that were destroyed by chemotherapy. This may allow more chemotherapy to be given so that more tumor cells are killed. Read Less
