Evolutionary Therapy for Rhabdomyosarcoma
Recruiting
This clinical trial will evaluate 4 different strategies of chemotherapy schedules in newly diagnosed participants with metastatic Fusion Positive (alveolar) Rhabdomyosarcoma. The participant and their physician will choose from: Arm A) a first strike therapy, Arm B) a first strike-second strike (maintenance) therapy, Arm C) an adaptively timed therapy, and Arm D) conventional chemotherapy.

A Study of Daratumumab, Bortezomib, Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone (DVRd) Followed by Ciltacabtagene Autoleucel Versus Daratumumab, Bortezomib, Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone (DVRd) Followed by Autologous Stem Cell Transplant (ASCT) in Participants With Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy of Daratumumab, Bortezomib, Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone (DVRd) followed by Ciltacabtagene Autoleucel versus Daratumumab, Bortezomib, Lenalidomide and Dexamethasone (DVRd) followed by Autologous Stem Cell Transplant (ASCT) in newly diagnosed multiple myeloma patients.

A Trial Comparing Unrelated Donor BMT With IST for Pediatric and Young Adult Patients With Severe Aplastic Anemia (TransIT, BMT CTN 2202)
Recruiting
Severe Aplastic Anemia (SAA) is a rare condition in which the body stops producing enough new blood cells. SAA can be cured with immune suppressive therapy or a bone marrow transplant. Regular treatment for patients with aplastic anemia who have a matched sibling (brother or sister), or family donor is a bone marrow transplant. Patients without a matched family donor normally are treated with immune suppressive therapy (IST). Match unrelated donor (URD) bone marrow transplant (BMT) is used as a... Read More

DALY II USA/ MB-CART2019.1 for DLBCL
Recruiting
DALY II USA is a phase II, multi-center, single arm study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of zamtocabtagene autoleucel (MB-CART2019.1) in patients with relapsed and/or refractory diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) after receiving at least two lines of therapy. Additional cohorts include subjects with B-cell primary or secondary central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma (PCNSL) and (SCNSL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) and Richter's transformation (RT) after receiving at least... CRISPR-Edited Allogeneic Anti-BCMA CAR-T Cell Therapy in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma
Recruiting
This is a Phase 1 study to evaluate the safety of CB-011 (the study treatment), an allogeneic chimeric antigen receptor (CAR-T) cell therapy that targets the B cell maturation antigen (BCMA), to determine the best dose of CB-011, and to assess the effectiveness of CB-011 in treating multiple myeloma that has come back (relapsed) or that is no longer responding to other treatment (refractory).

Testing Drug Treatments After CAR T-cell Therapy in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma
Recruiting
This phase II trial tests whether mosunetuzumab and/or polatuzumab vedotin helps benefit patients who have received chemotherapy (fludarabine and cyclophosphamide) followed by chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy (tisagenlecleucel, axicabtagene ciloleucel, or lisocabtagene maraleucel) for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has come back (recurrent) or that does not respond to treatment (refractory) or grade IIIb follicular lymphoma.
