This clinical trial will study brentuximab vedotin with CHP to find out if the drugs work for people who have certain types of peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL). It will also find out what side effects occur when brentuximab vedotin and CHP are used together. A side effect is anything the drugs do besides treating cancer. CHP is a type of chemotherapy that uses three drugs (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone). CHP is approved by the FDA to treat certain types of PTCL. Read Less

The study is a global, multi-center safety and efficacy trial of epcoritamab, an antibody also known as EPKINLY™ and GEN3013 (DuoBody®-CD3xCD20). Epcoritamab will be tested either in Relapsed/refractory (R/R) chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) as: * Monotherapy, or * Combination therapy: * epcoritamab + venetoclax * epcoritamab + pirtobrutinib Treatment-naïve (TN) high risk (HR) (CLL): • epcoritamab + pirtobrutinib Combination therapy for Richter's Syndrome (RS): * epcoritamab + lenalidomide * epcoritamab + R-CHOP (i.e., rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin hydrochloride, vincristine \[Oncovin®\] and prednisone). The study includes participants with R/R or TN HR CLL/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) and participants with RS. The trial consists of two parts, a dose-escalation phase (phase Ib) and an expansion phase (phase II). Participants with RS are only included in the expansion phase. Epcoritamab will be injected subcutaneously (under the skin). Standard-of-care and combination treatments (venetoclax, pirtobrutinib, lenalidomide, and R-CHOP) will be given either orally (by mouth) or intravenously (in a vein). Study details include: * Study duration will be up to 5 years after the last participant's first treatment in the trial. * The treatment duration for each participant will be between 12 months (1 year) and 24 months (2 years), depending upon the treatment arm assigned. * The visit frequency will be either weekly, every other week, or monthly, depending upon the part of the study. Follicular lymphoma (FL) is the second most common B-cell cancer and the most common type of cancer of lymphocytes. Unfortunately, this disease is incurable with conventional treatment and the disease recurs in almost all patients. This study will assess how safe and effective epcoritamab is in combination with lenalidomide and rituximab (R2) in treating adult participants with previously untreated FL. Adverse events and change in disease condition will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of FL. Study doctors put the participants in 1 of 5 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. Around 1095 adult participants with previously untreated FL will be enrolled in approximately 250 sites across the world. Participants will receive R2 (intravenous \[IV\] infusion of rituximab (R) and oral capsules of lenalidomide) alone or in combination with subcutaneous injections of epcoritamab. Participants may also receive investigator's choice chemoimmunotherapy (CIT): IV infusion of obinutuzumab (G) and IV injections of cyclophosphamide, IV injections of doxorubicin, IV injections of vincristine, oral tablets of prednisone (CHOP) \[G-CHOP\]/ R-CHOP or G and IV infusion of bendamustine (Benda) \[G-Benda\]/R-Benda. The total treatment duration will be 120 weeks for all arms except A2, which is 24 weeks of treatment. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The goal of this clinical trial is to see if adding abatacept to tacrolimus and MMF prevents or reduces the chances of acute graft versus host disease which is a complication that can occur after transplant in participants with blood cancer. The usual therapy for graft versus host disease prevention after a cord blood transplant includes tacrolimus and MMF. The main question this clinical trial aims to answer is whether or not abatacept will be safe and effective in reducing aGVHD rates in dCBT. Participants will: * Partake in exams, tests, and procedures as part of usual cancer care. * Partake in conditioning, which is the treatment that is given before a transplant. * Have a cord blood transplant. * Partake in radiation following the transplant. This study is researching an experimental drug called odronextamab, referred to as study drug. The study is focused on participants with previously untreated follicular lymphoma (a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma or NHL). This study will be made up of two parts: Part 1 (non-randomized) and Part 2 (randomized - controlled). The aim of Part 1 of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug is when given alone. The aim of Part 2 of the study is to see how the study drug works compared to rituximab (called the "comparator drug") and chemotherapy (the current standard of care for NHL). Standard of care means the usual medication expected and used when receiving treatment for a condition. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the study drug less effective or could lead to side effects) * How the study drug affects quality of life and ability to complete routine daily activities. This phase I trial studies the side effect and best dose of ibrutinib in combination with rituximab, etoposide, prednisone, vincristine sulfate, cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin hydrochloride in treating patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-positive stage II-IV diffuse large B-cell lymphomas. Ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as etoposide, prednisone, vincristine sulfate, cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin hydrochloride, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving ibrutinib and etoposide, prednisone, vincristine sulfate, cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin hydrochloride may work better in treating patients with HIV-positive diffuse large B-cell lymphomas. The goal of this study (iMMagine-3) is to compare the study drug, anitocabtagene autoleucel to standard of care therapy (SOCT) in participants with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma who have received 1 to 3 prior lines of therapy, including an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody and an immunomodulatory drug.
