A Study of Combination Chemotherapy for Patients With Newly Diagnosed DAWT and Relapsed FHWT
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies how well combination chemotherapy works in treating patients with newly diagnosed stage II-IV diffuse anaplastic Wilms tumors (DAWT) or favorable histology Wilms tumors (FHWT) that have come back (relapsed). Drugs used in chemotherapy regimens such as UH-3 (vincristine, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, carboplatin, etoposide, and irinotecan) and ICE/Cyclo/Topo (ifosfamide, carboplatin, etoposide, cyclophosphamide, and topotecan) work in different ways to stop the growth... Haploidentical HCT for Severe Aplastic Anemia
Recruiting
This study is a prospective, single center phase II clinical trial in which patients with Severe Aplastic Anemia (SAA) ) will receive a haploidentical transplantation. The purpose of this study is to learn more about newer methods of transplanting blood forming cells donated by a family member that is not fully matched to the patient. This includes studying the effects of the chemotherapy, radiation, the transplanted cell product and additional white blood cell (lymphocyte) infusions on the pati... Read More

CD19-CD22-Bispecific Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T Cell Therapy for Pediatric Patients With Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
Recruiting
This study is a phase I study designed to evaluate the safety of CD19-CD22-CAR T cells. Primary Objective: To determine the safety profile and propose the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of autologous CD19-CD22-CAR T cells in patients ≤ 21 years of age with recurrent/refractory CD19- and/or CD22-positive leukemia. Secondary Objective: To evaluate the anti-leukemic activity of CD19-CD22-CAR T cells.

RATIONALE: In this study a combination of anti-cancer drugs (chemotherapy) is used to treat brain tumors in young children. Using chemotherapy gives the brain more time to develop before radiation is given. The chemotherapy in this study includes the drug methotrexate. This drug was an important part of the two clinical trials which resulted in the best survival results for children less than 3 years of age with medulloblastoma. Most patients treated on this trial will also receive radiation whi... Read More

Evaluation of CD19-Specific CAR Engineered Autologous T-Cells for Treatment of Relapsed/Refractory CD19+ Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
Active Not Recruiting
SJCAR19 is a research study seeking to evaluate the use of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy, a type of cellular therapy, for the treatment of pediatric, adolescent and young adult patients with relapsed or refractory CD19+ acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). CAR therapy combines two of the body's basic disease fighters: antibodies and T Cells. For this type of therapy, peripheral (circulating) immune cells are collected and then undergo a manufacturing process to engineer them to m... Read More

Adcetris (Brentuximab Vedotin), Combination Chemotherapy, and Radiation Therapy in Treating Younger Patients With Stage IIB, IIIB and IV Hodgkin Lymphoma
Active Not Recruiting
This pilot phase II trial studies how well giving brentuximab vedotin, combination chemotherapy, and radiation therapy works in treating younger patients with stage IIB, IIIB or IV Hodgkin lymphoma. Monoclonal antibodies, such as brentuximab vedotin, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer killing substances to them. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as etoposide, prednisone, doxoru... Read More

CAR T-cell Therapy Directed to CD70 for Pediatric Patients With Hematological Malignancies
Recruiting
The study participant has one of the following blood cancers: acute myelogenous leukemia (AML)/myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL, T-ALL) or Lymphoma. Your cancer has been difficult to treat (refractory) or has come back after treatment (relapse). Primary Objective To determine the safety and maximum tolerated dose of intravenous infusions of escalating doses of CD70-CAR T cells in patients (≤21 years) with recurrent/refractory CD70+ hematological malignancies... Mature B-Cell Lymphoma And Leukemia Study III
Active Not Recruiting
This is a phase III clinical trial using risk-adapted therapy. Treatment outcomes for children with B-cell NHL are excellent. Further improvements in outcome will likely be achieved through more focused study of the biology of the tumors and prospective studies of the late effects of treatment. Toward this end, this study features a spectrum of prospective biologic and late effect studies performed in patients treated with a modified regimen derived from the very successful LMB-96 regimen.

CAR19PK is a research study evaluating the use of lymphodepleting chemotherapy and chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy, a type of cellular therapy, for the treatment of refractory and/or relapsed leukemia. For this type of therapy, peripheral (circulating) immune cells are collected and then modified so that they can recognize an antigen, which is a particle present on the surface of a cancer cell.
