Mesothelin-Specific T-Cells (FH-TCR-Tᴍsʟɴ) for the Treatment of Metastatic Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma
Terminated
This phase I trial evaluates the side effects and best dose of mesothelin-specific T-cells (FH-TCR-Tᴍsʟɴ) in treating patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Chemotherapy drugs, such as cyclophosphamide and fludarabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading, and may help increase the efficacy from the infused T cells.... Active Not Recruiting
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of autologous CD8+ and CD4+ transgenic T cells expressing high affinity KRASG12V mutation-specific T cell receptors (FH-A11KRASG12V-TCR) and to see how well they work in treating patients with solid tumor cancers that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). T cells are infection fighting blood cells that can kill tumor cells. The T cells given in this study will come from the patient... Read More

Obinutuzumab With or Without Umbralisib, Lenalidomide, or Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Grade I-IIIa Follicular Lymphoma
Active Not Recruiting
This phase II trial studies how well obinutuzumab with or without umbralisib, lenalidomide, or combination chemotherapy work in treating patients with grade I-IIIa follicular lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Immunotherapy with obinutuzumab, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Umbralisib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cel... Read More

Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of glofitamab in combination with polatuzumab vedotin plus rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone (Pola-R-CHP) vs Pola-R-CHP in participants with previously untreated CD20-positive large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL).

FH-FOLR1 Chimeric Antigen Receptor T Cell Therapy for Treating Pediatric Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia
Recruiting
This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of FH-FOLR1 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells in treating pediatric patients with FOLR1+ acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent) or has not responded to previous treatment (refractory). CAR T-cell therapy is a type of treatment in which a patient's T cells (a type of immune system cell) are changed in the laboratory so they will attack cancer cells. T cells are taken from a pa... Testing the Use of Steroids and Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors With Blinatumomab or Chemotherapy for Newly Diagnosed BCR-ABL-Positive Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in Adults
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares the effect of usual treatment of chemotherapy and steroids and a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) to the same treatment plus blinatumomab. Blinatumomab is a Bi-specific T-Cell Engager ('BiTE') that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. The information gained from this study may help researchers determine if combination therapy with steroids, TKIs, and blinatumomab work better than the standard of care.

Polatuzumab Vedotin and Combination Chemotherapy With or Without Glofitamab for the Treatment of Untreated Aggressive Large B-cell Lymphoma
Recruiting
This phase I trial studies the side effects of polatuzumab vedotin when given with combination chemotherapy with or without glofitamab for the treatment of patients with untreated large B-cell lymphoma that grows and spreads quickly and has severe symptoms (aggressive). Polatuzumab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, polatuzumab, linked to a toxic agent called vedotin. Polatuzumab attaches to CD79B positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers vedotin to kill them. Glofitamab is a monoclona... Read More

Infusion of Expanded Cord Blood Cells in Addition to Single Cord Blood Transplant in Treating Patients With Acute Leukemia, Chronic Myeloid Leukemia, or Myelodysplastic Syndromes
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies how well donor umbilical cord blood transplant with ex-vivo expanded cord blood progenitor cells (dilanubicel) works in treating patients with blood cancer. Before the transplant, patients will receive chemotherapy (fludarabine, cyclophosphamide and in some cases thiotepa) and radiation therapy. Giving chemotherapy and total-body irradiation before a donor umbilical cord blood transplant helps stop the growth of cells in the bone marrow, including normal blood-forming... Read More
