This phase III trial studies the side effects of combination chemotherapy, 3-dimensional conformal radiation therapy, and an autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplant, and to see how well they work in treating young patients with atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor of the central nervous system. Giving high-dose chemotherapy before an autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplant stops the growth of cancer cells by stopping them from dividing or killing them. Giving colony-stimulating factors, such as G-CSF, helps stem cells move from the bone marrow to the blood so they can be collected and stored. Chemotherapy or radiation therapy is then given to prepare the bone marrow for the stem cell transplant. This phase I trial studies the side effects and the best dose of crizotinib when given together with combination chemotherapy in treating younger patients with solid tumors or anaplastic large cell lymphoma that has returned or does not respond to treatment. Crizotinib may stop the growth of tumor or cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide, topotecan hydrochloride, dexrazoxane hydrochloride, doxorubicin hydrochloride, and vincristine sulfate, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This is a multicenter, open-label, phase 1, single arm study intended to determine the optimal target dose and safety of bb2121 in subjects with HR (R-ISS Stage III per IMWG criteria) NDMM. Subjects should have received 3 Cycles of standard induction therapy prior to undergoing leukapheresis procedure to collect autologous mononuclear cells for manufacture of the drug product (bb2121). Following manufacture of the drug product, subjects will receive fourth cycle of induction therapy followed by lymphodepleting therapy with fludarabine and cyclophosphamide prior to bb2121 infusion.
