To evaluate the relative efficacy of three commonly utilized regional corticosteroids for the regional treatment of uveitic macular edema: periocular triamcinolone acetonide; intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide; intravitreal dexamethasone implant. The primary efficacy measure will be percent change in central subfield thickness as measured by OCT at 8 weeks. Participants will continue in the study for 24 weeks in order to evaluate relative effects of the 3 treatment strategies on the duration of treatment effects, requirement for additional injections, and adverse effects. Note: The planned sample size for the POINT Trial was 267 subjects. On 17 July 2017, with 192 subjects enrolled, the Data and Safety Monitoring Committee (DSMC) reviewed the planned interim analysis and recommended that the goals of the trial could be accomplished by completing follow-up of enrolled subjects without the recruitment of additional subjects. This is a phase I study using the Erwinia form of asparaginase in place of the E. coli form using a standard re-induction regimen (Vincristine, Dexamethasone, Doxorubicin) for patients with relapsed ALL who have developed an allergy to the E. coli formulation. This study will administer the drug intravenously instead of the usual intramuscular route. The dose of Erwinia will be escalated in the absence of dose limiting toxicity. This was a multicenter, open-label, randomized phase II study which were to enroll 112 newly diagnosed symptomatic multiple myeloma patients in a 1:1 fashion. Patients were to enroll at approximately 20 centers in the United States. Patients were to undergo stem cell mobilization with plerixafor plus Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (G-CSF), according to investigator discretion, after 4 cycles of induction therapy. Study treatment interruption for stem cell collection were not to exceed 30 days. All patients were to receive one additional cycle of study treatment after stem cell collection and then proceed to autologous transplant using melphalan 200mg/m2(140mg/m2 for patients \> 70 years), as conditioning. After Autologus Stem Cell Transplant( ASCT), patients still on study were to initiate maintenance therapy within the 60-120 day period following ASCT, provided they have adequate blood count and clinical recovery. Patients in the RVD arm were to initiate maintenance therapy with lenalidomide alone, and patients in RVD-panobinostat arm were to receive lenalidomide + panobinostat maintenance. Lenalidomide were to be dosed orally at 10mg/day continuously in both arms, increasing to 15mg/day after the first 84 day cycle. Panobinostat were to be dosed at 10mg three times a week, every other week. Total planned duration of maintenance therapy were to be 3 years. Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. This randomized pilot clinical trial dolasetron mesylate and dexamethasone with or without aprepitant in preventing nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing oxaliplatin-containing chemotherapy for gastrointestinal malignancy. Antiemetic drugs may help lessen or prevent nausea and vomiting in patients treated with chemotherapy. It is not yet known whether giving aprepitant together with dolasetron mesylate and dexamethasone is more effective than dolasetron mesylate and dexamethasone alone in preventing nausea and vomiting. Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Giving the drugs in different combinations may kill more cancer cells. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to damage cancer cells.
