The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) combination therapy in participants with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). There will be ten cohorts in this study: Cohort A will receive pembrolizumab + olaparib, Cohort B will receive pembrolizumab + docetaxel + prednisone, Cohort C will receive pembrolizumab + enzalutamide, Cohort D will receive pembrolizumab + abiraterone + prednisone Cohort E will receive pembrolizumab+lenvatinib, Cohort F will receive pembrolizumab+lenvatinib, Cohort G will receive pembrolizumab/vibostolimab coformulation (MK-7684A), Cohort H will receive pembrolizumab/vibostolimab coformulation, Cohort I will receive pembrolizumab+carboplatin+etoposide in Arm 1 and carboplatin+etoposide in Arm 2 and Cohort J will receive belzutifan in Arm1 and Pembrolizumab+belzutifan in Arm 2. This is a phase 3, randomized, open-label study of opevesostat compared to alternative abiraterone acetate or enzalutamide in participants with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) with respect to overall survival (OS) and to radiographic progression-free survival (rPFS) per Prostate Cancer Working Group (PCWG) Modified Response Evaluation Criteria In Solid Tumors (RECIST 1.1) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR) in participants with mCRPC previously treated with next-generation hormonal agent (NHA) and taxane-based chemotherapy. The purpose of this clinical trial is to (1) learn whether the BCMA-CD3 bispecific antibody elranatamab can provide more benefit to people with multiple myeloma compared to a combination therapy including daratumumab, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone, and (2) learn about the safety and activity of elranatamab in combination with the anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody daratumumab. People with multiple myeloma who have received previous treatment including lenalidomide will be enrolled in the study. Part 1 of the study will assess the safety and activity of different doses of elranatamab in combination with daratumumab. People participating in Part 2 of the study will be randomly assigned to receive either elranatamab alone, elranatamab plus daratumumab, or daratumumab, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone. Part 2 will evaluate the safety and activity of (1) elranatamab alone compared to daratumumab, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone, and (2) elranatamab plus daratumumab. Part 3 will assess the effect of increased measures to protect against infection in people treated with either elranatamab alone or together with daratumumab. This phase II trial studies the effect of nivolumab in combination with blinatumomab compared to blinatumomab alone in treating patients with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) that has come back (relapsed). Down syndrome patients with relapsed B-ALL are included in this study. Blinatumomab is an antibody, which is a protein that identifies and targets specific molecules in the body. Blinatumomab searches for and attaches itself to the cancer cell. Once attached, an immune response occurs which may kill the cancer cell. Nivolumab is a medicine that may boost a patient's immune system. Giving nivolumab in combination with blinatumomab may cause the cancer to stop growing for a period of time, and for some patients, it may lessen the symptoms, such as pain, that are caused by the cancer. The purpose of this study is to learn about the study medicine called elranatamab.This study aims to compare elranatamab to other medicines for the treatment of MM (a type of cancer). This study is seeking participants who: * Are 18 years of age or older and have MM. * Have received treatments before for MM. * Have MM that has returned or not responded to their most recent treatment. Half of the participants will receive elranatamab. The other half of participants will receive a combination therapy selected by the study doctor. The selected combination therapy will include 2 to 3 different medicines commonly used to treat MM. Elranatamab will be given as a shot under the skin at the study clinic about once a week. This may change to a smaller number of shots later in the study. The medicines in the combination therapy will be taken by mouth (at home or at the study clinic) AND will be given either as: * a shot under the skin at the study clinic * through a needle in the vein at the study clinic The number of times these medicines will be taken depends on what combination therapy the study doctor selects. Participants may continue to receive elranatamab or a combination therapy until their MM is no longer responding. The study team will see how each participant is doing with the study treatment during regular visits at the study clinic. The study team will continue to follow-up with participants after study treatment with telephone contacts (or visits). The study will compare the experiences of people receiving elranatamab to those people receiving a combination therapy. This will help learn about the safety and how effective elranatamab is. This is a study of a medical procedure that utilizes a commercially available catheter (the Bullfrog® Micro-Infusion Device) to locally deliver a commercially available anti-inflammatory drug (dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection) around the deep veins after DVT recanalization, where DVT symptoms were present for up to 14 days prior to recanalization. The goal of the study is to see if local anti-inflammation helps prevent re-thrombosis of the blood vessel and improvement in symptoms for up to 24 months after the initial DVT recanalization procedure. This study is a multi-site Phase Ib/II, 2-arm non-randomized clinical trial to determine the efficacy and tolerability of a response-adapted regimen combining ruxolitinib, dexamethasone, and etoposide as Frontline therapy for patients with newly diagnosed hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) or as Salvage therapy for patients with relapsed/refractory HLH. Primary Objective * To determine the efficacy and tolerability of a response-adapted ruxolitinib-containing regimen for patients with newly diagnosed HLH.
