This randomized phase III trial studies lenalidomide and low-dose dexamethasone to see how well it works compared to lenalidomide and standard-dose dexamethasone, given with or without thalidomide, in treating patients with multiple myeloma. Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Lenalidomide and thalidomide may also stop the growth of multiple myeloma by blocking blood flow to the cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as dexamethasone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving lenalidomide, thalidomide, and dexamethasone together may kill more cancer cells. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to test the anti-cancer activity of Teclistamab and to compare it with Lenalidomide + Dexamethasone combination in people with high risk smoldering multiple myeloma. People with smoldering multiple myeloma (SMM) usually do not have symptoms but are at risk for progressing to active multiple myeloma (MM). Multiple Myeloma is a cancer of the plasma cells, which are an important part of the immune system. Patients with active multiple myeloma generally require treatment but there are currently no approved therapies for smoldering multiple myeloma. The purpose of this study is to learn about the study medicine called elranatamab.This study aims to compare elranatamab to other medicines for the treatment of MM (a type of cancer). This study is seeking participants who: * Are 18 years of age or older and have MM. * Have received treatments before for MM. * Have MM that has returned or not responded to their most recent treatment. Half of the participants will receive elranatamab. The other half of participants will receive a combination therapy selected by the study doctor. The selected combination therapy will include 2 to 3 different medicines commonly used to treat MM. Elranatamab will be given as a shot under the skin at the study clinic about once a week. This may change to a smaller number of shots later in the study. The medicines in the combination therapy will be taken by mouth (at home or at the study clinic) AND will be given either as: * a shot under the skin at the study clinic * through a needle in the vein at the study clinic The number of times these medicines will be taken depends on what combination therapy the study doctor selects. Participants may continue to receive elranatamab or a combination therapy until their MM is no longer responding. The study team will see how each participant is doing with the study treatment during regular visits at the study clinic. The study team will continue to follow-up with participants after study treatment with telephone contacts (or visits). The study will compare the experiences of people receiving elranatamab to those people receiving a combination therapy. This will help learn about the safety and how effective elranatamab is. The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether the BCMA-CD3 bispecific antibody elranatamab, alone and/or in combination with the anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody, daratumumab, can provide more benefit to people with multiple myeloma compared to a combination therapy including daratumumab, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone. People with multiple myeloma who have received previous treatment including lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor will be enrolled in the study. Part 1 of the study will assess the safety and activity of different doses of elranatamab in combination with daratumumab. People participating in Part 2 of the study will be randomly assigned to receive either elranatamab alone, elranatamab plus daratumumab, or daratumumab, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone. Part 2 will compare the safety and activity of (1) elranatamab alone compared to daratumumab, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone, and (2) elranatamab plus daratumumab compared to daratumumab, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone. This randomized phase III trial studies how well olanzapine with or without fosaprepitant work in preventing chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting in cancer patients receiving chemotherapy that causes vomiting. Olanzapine and fosaprepitant dimeglumine may help control nausea and vomiting in patients during chemotherapy. Olanzapine is usually given in combination with other drugs, including fosaprepitant dimeglumine. It is not yet known if olanzapine when given with other drugs, is still effective without using fosaprepitant dimeglumine for controlling nausea and vomiting. Read Less

This partially randomized phase III trial studies the side effects of inotuzumab ozogamicin and how well it works when given with frontline chemotherapy in treating patients with newly diagnosed B acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Monoclonal antibodies, such as inotuzumab ozogamicin, may block cancer growth in different ways by targeting certain cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving inotuzumab ozogamicin with chemotherapy may work better in treating young adults with B acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Read Less

The main aim is to evaluate the effect of Ixazomib in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone on Multiple Myeloma disease progression at 2 years in participants who previously received a bortezomib-based induction regimen. The study will enroll approximately 160 participants, who are enrolled after completing 3 cycles of chemotherapy (Bortezomib-Based Induction Regimen). They are then treated with Ixazomib in addition to lenalidomide and dexamethasone. Read Less
