This phase II trial studies how well daratumumab, ixazomib, and dexamethasone with or without bortezomib work in treating patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as daratumumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as ixazomib, dexamethasone, and bortezomib, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of wild-type reovirus when combined with carfilzomib and dexamethasone in treating patients with multiple myeloma that has come back following treatment (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Chemotherapy drugs, such as dexamethasone and carfilzomib, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. A virus called wild-type reovirus may be able to kill cancer cells without damaging normal cells and seems to work best when given with chemotherapy. It is possible that the combination of lenalidomide, dexamethasone and ACE 011 may reduce or prevent the growth of cancer cells along with improving anemia and bone lesions that sometimes occur in people with multiple myeloma. This current study is the first study combining ACE 011 with lenalidomide. In this research study, the investigators are looking for the highest dose of ACE 011 that can be given with lenalidomide and dexamethasone. This partially randomized phase II trial studies how well brentuximab vedotin or crizotinib and combination chemotherapy works in treating patients with newly diagnosed stage II-IV anaplastic large cell lymphoma. Brentuximab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, called brentuximab, linked to a toxic agent called vedotin. Brentuximab attaches to CD30 positive cancer cells in targeted way and delivers vedotin to kill them. Crizotinib and methotrexate may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whether brentuximab vedotin and combination chemotherapy is more effective than crizotinib and combination chemotherapy in treating anaplastic large cell lymphoma. Read Less

This randomized phase III trial is studying low-dose vincristine to see how well it works compared with high-dose vincristine when given together with different combination chemotherapy regimens in treating young patients with intermediate-risk relapsed B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. This is a multicenter, open-label, Phase 1/2 study to determine the recommended dose and regimen of durvalumab in combination with lenalidomide (LEN) with and without dexamethasone (dex) in adults with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM). The decision by the FDA was based on data from non-Celgene-sponsored studies related to risks of anti-programmed cell death 1 (PD-1), pembrolizumab, in combination with immunomodulatory agents. As the result, the study was closed for further enrollment, and all subjects were discontinued from all study treatments (durvalumab, lenalidomide and dexamethasone). All subjects are being followed for second primary malignancies (SPMs), every 6 months for 5 years after the last subject has been enrolled as per protocol. The Macular Edema Ranibizumab v. Intravitreal anti-inflammatory Therapy (MERIT) Trial will compare the relative efficacy and safety of intravitreal methotrexate, intravitreal ranibizumab, and the intravitreal dexamethasone implant for the treatment of uveitic macular edema persisting or reoccurring after an intravitreal corticosteroid injection. MERIT is a parallel design (1:1:1), randomized comparative trial with an anniversary close-out after 6 months of follow-up.
