This phase II/III Lung-MAP trial studies how well immunotherapy treatment with N-803 (ALT-803) and pembrolizumab working in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other places in the body (advanced). Natural killer cells, part of our immune system, are always on alert and ready to defend our bodies from many kinds of infection or rogue cells, such as those that cause cancer. N-803 (ALT-803) may activate natural killer cells so that they can stimulate an immune response to help fight cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This is a nonrandomized study of ruxolitinib in combination with a standard multi-agent chemotherapy regimen for the treatment of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Part 1 of the study will optimize the dose of study drug (ruxolitinib) in combination with the chemotherapy regimen. This randomized phase III trial studies how well olanzapine with or without fosaprepitant work in preventing chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting in cancer patients receiving chemotherapy that causes vomiting. Olanzapine and fosaprepitant dimeglumine may help control nausea and vomiting in patients during chemotherapy. Olanzapine is usually given in combination with other drugs, including fosaprepitant dimeglumine. It is not yet known if olanzapine when given with other drugs, is still effective without using fosaprepitant dimeglumine for controlling nausea and vomiting. Read Less

The main aim is to evaluate the effect of Ixazomib in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone on Multiple Myeloma disease progression at 2 years in participants who previously received a bortezomib-based induction regimen. The study will enroll approximately 160 participants, who are enrolled after completing 3 cycles of chemotherapy (Bortezomib-Based Induction Regimen).
