This study will test how effective the drug, Carfilzomib, reduces progression of prostate cancer in patients who have previously received chemotherapy and androgen inhibitors. Carfilzomib is approved for multiple myeloma but is not approved for prostate cancer. Therefore, it is considered investigational.
