Lenalidomide, and Dexamethasone With or Without Daratumumab in Treating Patients With High-Risk Smoldering Myeloma
Recruiting
This phase III trial studies how well lenalidomide and dexamethasone works with or without daratumumab in treating patients with high-risk smoldering myeloma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as lenalidomide and dexamethasone, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as daratumumab, may induce changes in the body's immune system and may... Read More

Suprachoroidal Sustained-Release OXU-001 Compared to Intravitreal Ozurdex® in the Treatment of Diabetic Macular Edema
Active Not Recruiting
The purpose of this clinical trial is to compare safety, tolerability, efficacy, and durability of two dose levels of suprachoroidal sustained-release OXU-001 (dexamethasone microspheres; DEXAspheres®) using the Oxulumis® illuminated microcatheterization device compared with intravitreal dexamethasone implant (OZURDEX®) in subjects with diabetic macular edema.

Pomalidomide for Lenalidomide for Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma Patients
Terminated
The purpose of this clinical research study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness (good and bad effects) of pomalidomide given as part of a combination therapy that include more than just steroids to treat subjects with relapsed (subjects whose disease came back) or refractory (subjects whose disease did not respond to past treatment) multiple myeloma (MM). Pomalidomide (alone or in combination with dexamethasone) has been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) f... Read More
