Venetoclax, SL-401, and Chemotherapy for the Treatment of Blastic Plasmacytoid Dendritic Cell Neoplasm
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies how well venetoclax, SL-401, and chemotherapy works in treating patients with blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm. Venetoclax may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. SL-401 is a recombinant protein consisting of IL-3 linked to a toxic agent called DT. IL-3 attaches to IL-3 receptors on tumor cells in a targeted way and delivers DT to kill them. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the gro... Read More

Blinatumomab, Inotuzumab Ozogamicin, and Combination Chemotherapy as Frontline Therapy in Treating Patients With B Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies how well blinatumomab, inotuzumab ozogamicin, and combination chemotherapy work as frontline therapy in treating patients with B acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as blinatumomab, may induce changes in the body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Inotuzumab ozogamicin is a monoclonal antibody, called inotuzumab, linked to a toxic agent called ozogamicin. Inotuzumab attaches to... Read More

MagnetisMM-32: A Study to Learn About the Study Medicine Called Elranatamab in People With Multiple Myeloma (MM) That Has Come Back After Taking Other Treatments (Including Prior Treatment With an Anti-CD38 Antibody and Lenalidomide)
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to learn about the study medicine called elranatamab. This study aims to compare elranatamab to other medicines for the treatment of MM (a type of cancer).
This study is seeking participants who:
* Are 18 years of age or older and have MM.
* Have received treatments before for MM.
* Have MM that has returned or not responded to their most recent treatment.

A Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Giredestrant Plus Everolimus Compared With the Physician's Choice of Endocrine Therapy Plus Everolimus in Participants With Estrogen Receptor-Positive, HER2-Negative, Locally Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer (evERA Breast Cancer)
Active Not Recruiting
This Phase III, randomized, open-label, multicenter study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of giredestrant plus everolimus compared with the physician's choice of endocrine therapy plus everolimus in participants with estrogen receptor (ER)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer who have had previous treatment with cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 inhibitors (CDK4/6is) and endocrine therapy, either in the locally advanced/m... Testing the Use of Steroids and Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors With Blinatumomab or Chemotherapy for Newly Diagnosed BCR-ABL-Positive Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in Adults
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares the effect of usual treatment of chemotherapy and steroids and a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) to the same treatment plus blinatumomab. Blinatumomab is a Bi-specific T-Cell Engager ('BiTE') that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. The information gained from this study may help researchers determine if combination therapy with steroids, TKIs, and blinatumomab work better than the standard of care.

Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to evaluate sacituzumab tirumotecan versus pemetrexed in combination with carboplatin for the treatment of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-mutated advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Participants in this study have NSCLC that has continued to progress on prior treatment with EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs).

A Trial to Learn How Well Linvoseltamab Works Compared to the Combination of Elotuzumab, Pomalidomide and Dexamethasone for Adult Participants With Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma
Recruiting
This study is researching an experimental drug called linvoseltamab, also called REGN5458.
Linvoseltamab has previously been studied by itself (without other cancer drugs) in participants who had advanced multiple myeloma that returned and needed to be treated again after many other therapies had failed. These participants were no longer benefiting from standard medications and had no good treatment options. In that study, some participants who were treated with linvoseltamab had improvement of... Dexamethasone for Ureteral STent Symptoms (DUSTS)
Not Yet Recruiting
The purpose of this study to learn if high-dose dexamethasone, a type of long-acting steroid, works to decrease urinary symptoms and pain after ureteroscopy and stent placement for kidney stones. The main question it aims to answer is:
1) Does high-dose steroid change the quality of life score on day 2 after surgery
Researchers will compare high-dose of dexamethasone (20 mg) to a standard dose of dexamethasone (4 mg) to see if a higher dose of the drug will help with urinary symptoms and pain... Read More

A Study of Treatment of Inflammation Before Stem Cell Transplant in People With a Primary Immune Regulatory Disorder (PIRD) and/or an Autoinflammatory Condition
Recruiting
The researchers are doing this study to find out whether emapalumab or a combination of fludarabine and dexamethasone are effective in preparing people with a primary immune regulatory disorder (PIRD) and/or an autoinflammatory condition to receive a stem cell transplant. The researchers will look at how well the study treatments reduce inflammation and aid in the engraftment process (the process of donated stem cells traveling to the bone marrow, where they begin to make new immune cells.
