Inotuzumab Ozogamicin and Post-Induction Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With High-Risk B-ALL, Mixed Phenotype Acute Leukemia, and B-LLy
Recruiting
This phase III trial studies whether inotuzumab ozogamicin added to post-induction chemotherapy for patients with High-Risk B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL) improves outcomes. This trial also studies the outcomes of patients with mixed phenotype acute leukemia (MPAL), and B-lymphoblastic lymphoma (B-LLy) when treated with ALL therapy without inotuzumab ozogamicin. Inotuzumab ozogamicin is a monoclonal antibody, called inotuzumab, linked to a type of chemotherapy called calicheamicin.... Read More

A Study of Treatment of Inflammation Before Stem Cell Transplant in People With a Primary Immune Regulatory Disorder (PIRD) and/or an Autoinflammatory Condition
Recruiting
The researchers are doing this study to find out whether emapalumab or a combination of fludarabine and dexamethasone are effective in preparing people with a primary immune regulatory disorder (PIRD) and/or an autoinflammatory condition to receive a stem cell transplant. The researchers will look at how well the study treatments reduce inflammation and aid in the engraftment process (the process of donated stem cells traveling to the bone marrow, where they begin to make new immune cells. Substudy 01A: Safety and Efficacy of Opevesostat (MK-5684)-Based Treatment Combinations or Opevesostat Alone in Participants With Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC) (MK-5684-01A)
Recruiting
Substudy 01A is part of a larger research study that is testing experimental treatments for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). The larger study is the umbrella study (U01). The goal of substudy 01A is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of opevesostat-based treatment combinations, or as a single agent, in participants with mCRPC. This substudy will have two phases: a safety lead-in phase and an efficacy phase. The safety lead-in phase will be used to evaluate the safety a... Read More

Ascorbic Acid and Chemotherapy for the Treatment of Relapsed or Refractory Lymphoma, CCUS, and Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies the effect of ascorbic acid and combination chemotherapy in treating patients with lymphoma that has come back (recurrent) or does not respond to therapy (refractory), clonal cytopenia of undetermined significance and chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML). Ascorbic acid may make cancer cells more sensitive to chemotherapy. Drugs used in chemotherapy, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing... Read More

A Study to Compare Blinatumomab Alone to Blinatumomab With Nivolumab in Patients Diagnosed With First Relapse B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL)
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies the effect of nivolumab in combination with blinatumomab compared to blinatumomab alone in treating patients with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) that has come back (relapsed). Down syndrome patients with relapsed B-ALL are included in this study. Blinatumomab is an antibody, which is a protein that identifies and targets specific molecules in the body. Blinatumomab searches for and attaches itself to the cancer cell. Once attached, an immune response occu... Read More
