To determine if nab-paclitaxel and temozolomide can be combined with full dose of bevacizumab for the therapy of patients with newly diagnosed brain metastases of metastatic malignant melanoma. * To define the MTD of the combination (Phase I component). * To determine progression free survival (Phase II component). 1.2. Secondary Objectives 1. To separately evaluate the response rate and duration of both the brain and extra-cranial systemic metastases. 2. To define the toxicity of the regimen. 3. RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Monoclonal antibodies, such as bavituximab, can block tumor growth in different ways. Some block the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Others find tumor cells and help kill them or carry tumor-killing substances to them. Giving paclitaxel together with bavituximab may kill more tumor cells. Giving pemetrexed together with cisplatin and paclitaxel and giving them in different ways may kill more tumor cells. PURPOSE: This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of intraperitoneal pemetrexed when given together with intraperitoneal cisplatin and paclitaxel in treating patients with stage III ovarian epithelial cancer, primary peritoneal cancer, or fallopian tube cancer.
