This Phase 3 study is designed to compare the efficacy and safety of mirvetuximab soravtansine (MIRV) vs. IC chemotherapy in participants with platinum-resistant high-grade epithelial ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer, whose tumors express a high-level of FRα. Participants will be, in the opinion of the Investigator, appropriate for single-agent therapy for their next line of therapy. This study is being done to see if tucatinib with trastuzumab, ramucirumab and paclitaxel works better than ramucirumab and paclitaxel to treat HER2-positive (HER2+) cancer of the gut (stomach or gastroesophageal cancer). This study will also look at what side effects happen when participants take this combination of drugs. A side effect is anything the drug does other than treating cancer. Study treatment will be given in 28-day cycles. In the Phase 2 part of the trial, participants and their doctors will know what drugs are being given (open-label). In the Phase 3 part, the study is "blinded." This means that participants, their doctor, and the study sponsor will not know which drugs are being given. Read Less

This phase II trial compares two treatment combinations: gemcitabine hydrochloride and nab-paclitaxel, or fluorouracil, leucovorin calcium, and liposomal irinotecan in older patients with pancreatic cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as gemcitabine hydrochloride, nab-paclitaxel, fluorouracil, leucovorin calcium, and liposomal irinotecan, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This phase I trial tests the safety, tolerability and effectiveness of PLZ4-coated paclitacel-loaded micelles (PPM) in treating patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent) or that does not respond to treatment (refractory). PPM is a bladder cancer-specific nanoparticle that can specifically target and deliver treatment to the tumor cells in the bladder. The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the safety and efficacy of eftilagimod alpha (efti) in combination with paclitaxel standard of care chemotherapy in participants with metastatic breast cancer. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the optimal biological dose (OBD) of efti in combination with weekly paclitaxel chemotherapy? * Can efti combined with weekly paclitaxel chemotherapy prolong overall survival in participants with metastatic breast cancer if compared to weekly paclitaxel chemotherapy alone? In the first component of the trial (phase 2, lead-in) researchers will compare two groups (different dose levels of efti in combination with standard chemotherapy) to see if the treatment is safe and well tolerated and evaluate which is the optimal biological dose. In the second component of the trial (phase 3) researchers will assess if the treatment of metastatic breast cancer with the optimal biological dose of efti in combination with paclitaxel is superior compared to chemotherapy alone (placebo-controlled). The treatment concept of each trial component consists of a chemo-immunotherapy phase followed by an immunotherapy phase. In the first phase participants will be treated with efti plus paclitaxel chemotherapy or placebo plus paclitaxel chemotherapy.
