A Study of Amivantamab Alone or in Addition to Other Treatment Agents in Participants With Recurrent/Metastatic Head and Neck Cancer
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to determine safety and preliminary efficacy of amivantamab monotherapy, amivantamab in addition to pembrolizumab, amivantamab in addition to paclitaxel and amivantamab in addition to pembrolizumab and carboplatin in participants with recurrent/metastatic head and neck cancer. The study will also confirm the recommended Phase 2 combination dose (RP2CD) for amivantamab in addition to paclitaxel.

Pembrolizumab/Placebo Plus Paclitaxel With or Without Bevacizumab for Platinum-resistant Recurrent Ovarian Cancer (MK-3475-B96/KEYNOTE-B96/ENGOT-ov65)
Active Not Recruiting
The primary objective is to compare pembrolizumab plus paclitaxel with or without bevacizumab to placebo plus paclitaxel with or without bevacizumab, with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) 1.1 as assessed by the investigator. The hypotheses are that pembrolizumab plus paclitaxel with or without bevacizumab is superior to placebo plus paclitaxel with or without bevacizumab, with respect to PFS per RECIST 1.1 as assessed by the inv... Study Of Gemcitabine, Nab-paclitaxel, PEGPH20 and Rivaroxaban for Advanced Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma
Active Not Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to test any good and bad effects of the study drug called PEGPH20. PEGPH20 alone is considered investigational. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not approved the marketing or sale of PEGPH20, but have authorized its use in research studies with humans. PEGPH20 could shrink the cancer but it also can cause side effects. PEGPH20 is an enzyme that breaks down a specific tissue component called hyaluronan produced by some tumors. Pancreatic tumors often have a... Read More

Chemotherapy With or Without Trastuzumab After Surgery in Treating Women With Invasive Breast Cancer
Completed
This randomized phase III clinical trial studies chemotherapy with or without trastuzumab after surgery to see how well they work in treating women with invasive breast cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) and giving chemotherapy after surgery may kill more tumor cells. Monoclonal antibodies,... Read More

Study of Sacituzumab Govitecan Versus Treatment of Physician's Choice in Participants With Endometrial Cancer After Platinum-Based Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy (ASCENT-GYN-01/GOG-3104/ENGOT-en26)
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical study is to find out how the study drug, sacituzumab govitecan (SG) works in participants with endometrial cancer who have received prior treatment with platinum-based chemotherapy and immunotherapy, versus the treatment of physician's choice (TPC). The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the effect of SG compared to TPC on progression-free survival (PFS) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR) and overall survival (OS).

Nab-Paclitaxel and Gemcitabine for Recurrent/Refractory Sarcoma
Active Not Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to see if nab-paclitaxel combined with gemcitabine prevents the formation or growth of tumors in participants with relapsed or refractory osteosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma and other soft tissue sarcoma and to measure the length of time during and after treatment that their disease does not get worse. Researchers also want to find out if nab-paclitaxel combined with gemcitabine is safe and tolerable.
