The study is intended to assess the safety and efficacy of perioperative treatment with Durvalumab in combination with Oleclumab, Monalizumab, or AZD0171 and platinum doublet chemotherapy (CTX); or Volrustomig or Rilvegostomig in combination with CTX; or Datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd) in combination with Durvalumab or Rilvegostomig and single agent platinum chemotherapy in participants with resectable, early-stage non-small cell lung cancer. The main purpose of the study is to assess whether the study drug, LY4066434, is safe and tolerable when administered to participants with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors with certain KRAS mutations. The aim of the study is to see how effective the combination of fianlimab, cemiplimab, and chemotherapy is for treating advanced NSCLC, in comparison with cemiplimab and chemotherapy.
