Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, carboplatin, and ixabepilone, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Temsirolimus may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. This Phase 3 study is designed to compare the efficacy and safety of mirvetuximab soravtansine (MIRV) vs. IC chemotherapy in participants with platinum-resistant high-grade epithelial ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer, whose tumors express a high-level of FRα. This study is being done to see if tucatinib with trastuzumab, ramucirumab and paclitaxel works better than ramucirumab and paclitaxel to treat HER2-positive (HER2+) cancer of the gut (stomach or gastroesophageal cancer). This study will also look at what side effects happen when participants take this combination of drugs. A side effect is anything the drug does other than treating cancer. Study treatment will be given in 28-day cycles. In the Phase 2 part of the trial, participants and their doctors will know what drugs are being given (open-label). The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab in combination with concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by either pembrolizumab with olaparib placebo (Arm 1) or with olaparib (Arm 2) compared to concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by durvalumab (Arm 3) in participants with unresectable, locally advanced NSCLC. The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) versus placebo in combination with neoadjuvant (pre-surgery) chemotherapy and adjuvant (post-surgery) endocrine therapy in the treatment of adults who have high-risk early-stage estrogen receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (ER+/HER2-) breast cancer.
