Precision Promise is a multi-center, seamless Phase 2/3 platform trial designed to evaluate multiple regimens in metastatic pancreatic cancer. Primary Objectives * To compare each investigational arm versus standard of care (SOC) for superiority in overall survival in first and/or second line metastatic ductal adenocarcinoma (metastatic pancreatic cancer) participants and determine which, if any, participants benefit from each investigational arm. Secondary Objectives * To determine short and long-term safety signals of each investigational arm in metastatic pancreatic cancer participants vs. SOC. * To determine progression-free survival (PFS) for each investigational arm vs. SOC. * To determine rates of overall response, CR, and PR; duration of overall response, CR or PR (whichever occurs first). * To determine rates of clinical benefit; duration of clinical benefit. This is a global, multicenter, open-label safety extension study. Participants receiving single-agent trastuzumab emtansine or trastuzumab emtansine administered in combination with other anti-cancer therapies in a Genentech / Roche-sponsored parent study who are active and receiving benefit at the closure of parent study are eligible for continued treatment in this study. This phase II trial compares cabozantinib alone and the combination of cabozantinib and nivolumab to standard chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as docetaxel, gemcitabine hydrochloride, paclitaxel, and nab-paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This phase III clinical trial studies two different dose schedules of paclitaxel to see how well they work in combination with carboplatin with or without bevacizumab in treating patients with stage II, III or IV ovarian epithelial cancer, primary peritoneal cancer, or fallopian tube cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Bevacizumab is a type of drug called a monoclonal antibody and blocks tumor growth by stopping the growth of blood vessels that tumors need to grow. It is not yet known whether giving paclitaxel with combination chemotherapy once every three weeks is more effective than giving paclitaxel once a week in treating patients with ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer. The purpose of this study is to determine safety and preliminary efficacy of amivantamab monotherapy, amivantamab in addition to pembrolizumab, amivantamab in addition to paclitaxel and amivantamab in addition to pembrolizumab and carboplatin in participants with recurrent/metastatic head and neck cancer. The main goals are after treatment given before surgery, to measure the number of people who have no signs of cancer cells in tumors and lymph nodes removed during surgery; and to learn about whether the cancer gets smaller or goes away by measuring the number of people with a certain number of living cancer cells in the tumor removed during surgery. Others find tumor cells and help kill them or carry tumor-killing substances to them. This phase II trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside (GM1) and whether it works in reducing or preventing chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) in patients with breast cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) who are receiving treatment with paclitaxel. Chemotherapy drugs, such as paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Exposure to chemotherapy drugs like paclitaxel may cause a side effect called CIPN, which is a condition of weakness, numbness, and pain from nerve damage (usually in the hands and feet). GM1 is a part of the body's natural system that insulates nerves and helps to protect nerves from damage. Giving GM1 may help reduce or prevent CIPN in breast cancer patients receiving treatment with paclitaxel. Read Less
