This is a Phase 1, open-label, multicenter, dose escalation and expansion study of the safety, PK, PD, and preliminary anti-tumor activity of IDE397 as a single agent and in combination with other anticancer agents including taxanes (docetaxel, paclitaxel), or sacituzumab govitecan (SG), in adult patients with selected advanced or metastatic MTAP-deleted advanced solid tumors who are unresponsive to standard of care therapy. The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of treatment with carboplatin/paclitaxel\* PLUS pembrolizumab (MK-3475) and maintenance olaparib (MK-7339) in women with epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC), fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer. The primary study hypotheses are that the combination of pembrolizumab plus carboplatin/paclitaxel\* followed by continued pembrolizumab and maintenance olaparib is superior to carboplatin/paclitaxel alone with respect to Progression Free Survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors Version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) in participants with programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1)-positive tumors (Combined Positive Score \[CPS\]≥10) and in all participants, and that the combination of pembrolizumab plus carboplatin/paclitaxel followed by continued pembrolizumab is superior to carboplatin/paclitaxel alone with respect to PFS per RECIST 1.1 in participants with PD-L1-positive tumors (CPS≥10) and in all participants. RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, paclitaxel, and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. It is not yet known whether chemotherapy and radiation therapy are more effective when given with or without additional chemotherapy in treating cervical cancer. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying chemotherapy and pelvic radiation therapy to see how well they work when given with or without additional chemotherapy in treating patients with high-risk early-stage cervical cancer after radical hysterectomy. This phase III trial studies how well gemcitabine hydrochloride and cisplatin given with or without nab-paclitaxel work in treating patients with newly diagnosed biliary tract cancers that have spread to other places in the body. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as gemcitabine hydrochloride, cisplatin, and nab-paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. There are two study questions we are asking in this randomized phase II/III trial based on a blood biomarker, Epstein Barr virus (EBV) deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) for locoregionally advanced non-metastatic nasopharyngeal cancer. All patients will first undergo standard concurrent chemotherapy and radiation therapy. When this standard treatment is completed, if there is no detectable EBV DNA in their plasma, then patients are randomized to either standard adjuvant cisplatin and fluorouracil chemotherapy or observation. If there is still detectable levels of plasma EBV DNA, patients will be randomized to standard cisplatin and fluorouracil chemotherapy versus gemcitabine and paclitaxel. This randomized phase III trial studies how well paclitaxel, trastuzumab, and pertuzumab with or without atezolizumab works in treating patients with breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic). Chemotherapy drugs, such as paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Trastuzumab is a form of "targeted therapy" because it works by attaching itself to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of cancer cells, known as HER2 receptors. When trastuzumab attaches to HER2 receptors, the signals that tell the cells to grow are blocked and the cancer cell may be marked for destruction by the body's immune system. Monoclonal antibodies, such as pertuzumab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. It is not yet known whether giving paclitaxel, trastuzumab, and pertuzumab with or without atezolizumab may kill more tumor cells. \*NOTE: This study has a central confirmation step. The purpose of this step is to confirm by central testing that the patient's tumor has specific receptors. Eligible patients with stage 2 and 3 triple negative breast cancer will be treated with 4 cycles of neoadjuvant paclitaxel/carboplatin/pembrolizumab. A PET scan will be performed at baseline and after 1 cycle of therapy. A breast MRI will be performed after treatment completion. Patients with complete clinical response will proceed to surgery. Patients with clinical residual disease will complete neoadjuvant rescue with 4 cycles of doxorubicin/cyclophosphamide prior to surgery. If residual disease identified after surgery, adjuvant therapy to be determined by the treating oncologist (may include doxorubicin/cyclophosphamide/pembrolizumab, capecitabine etc). Read Less
