Monoclonal antibodies, such as trastuzumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving doxorubicin hydrochloride, cyclophosphamide, paclitaxel and trastuzumab may kill more tumor cells. Radiation therapy uses high-powered rays to kill cancer cells.
