This randomized phase II trial studies how well fluorouracil, irinotecan hydrochloride, and oxaliplatin (combination chemotherapy) works and compares to gemcitabine hydrochloride and paclitaxel albumin-stabilized nanoparticle formulation before surgery in treating patients with pancreatic cancer that can be removed by surgery. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as fluorouracil, irinotecan hydrochloride, oxaliplatin, gemcitabine hydrochloride, and paclitaxel albumin-stabilized nanoparticle formulation, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) may kill more tumor cells. It is not yet known whether combination chemotherapy is more effective than gemcitabine hydrochloride and paclitaxel albumin-stabilized nanoparticle formulation before surgery in treating pancreatic cancer. This randomized phase III trial studies the side effects and how well different chemotherapy regimens with or without bevacizumab work in treating patients with stage IIIC or stage IV breast cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, paclitaxel albumin-stabilized nanoparticle formulation (nab-paclitaxel), and ixabepilone, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Bevacizumab may block tumor growth by targeting certain cells and slowing the growth of blood vessels to the tumor. The purpose of this study is to find out if the combination of Paclitaxel once per week with Pembrolizumab once every 3 weeks will help participants with this disease. Researchers want to find out the effectiveness of the drug combination to improve the delay of cancer progression or death and compare it to historical data for weekly paclitaxel alone, and assess safety. This was an open-label, nonrandomized, Phase 1/2 study designed to determine the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of epacadostat when given in combination with pembrolizumab and 7 different chemotherapy regimens described as Treatment Groups A through G below (see Study Drug and Background Therapies, Dose, and Mode of Administration). Phase 1 consisted of a 3 + 3 + 3 design intended to determine the MTD or PAD of epacadostat when given in combination with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy; efficacy was also explored. Phase 2 was designed to enroll efficacy expansion cohorts to further evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of epacadostat at the MTD or PAD (as selected in Phase 1) when given in combination with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy. Each efficacy expansion cohort was to enroll participants with 1 specific type of advanced or metastatic solid tumor. Additional cohorts (ie, the mandatory biopsy cohorts) were designed to evaluate changes in the tumor microenvironment in participants with any advanced or metastatic solid tumor who had progressed on previous therapy with a PD-1 or a PD-L1 inhibitor. No participants were enrolled in any Phase 2 efficacy expansion cohort, or in any Phase 2 mandatory biopsy cohort receiving Treatment A, B, F, or G. This study will help to explore the combination of ABRAXANE and carboplatin more thoroughly in the subgroup of patients who had the best response in prior studies as well as determine whether there are any biomarkers which can predict for response. This phase I/II trial is studying the side effects of giving paclitaxel together with radiation therapy with or without trastuzumab and to see how well it works to kill any remaining tumor cells in patients who have undergone surgery for bladder cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. Paclitaxel may also make tumor cells more sensitive to radiation therapy. Monoclonal antibodies, such as trastuzumab, can block tumor growth in different ways. Some block the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Others find tumor cells and help kill them or carry tumor-killing substances to them. Giving paclitaxel together with radiation therapy and trastuzumab may kill more tumor cells. Giving these treatments after surgery may kill any remaining tumor cells. Read Less

This randomized phase II trial studies the side effects and how well intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) and paclitaxel with or without pazopanib hydrochloride works in treating patients with anaplastic thyroid cancer. Specialized radiation therapy that delivers a high dose of radiation directly to the tumor may kill more tumor cells and cause less damage to normal tissue. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Pazopanib hydrochloride may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It is not yet known whether radiation therapy and paclitaxel are more effective when given with pazopanib hydrochloride in treating thyroid cancer. Read Less

This two-arm, randomized, open-label, multicenter study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of trastuzumab emtansine in combination with pertuzumab versus trastuzumab in combination with pertuzumab and a taxane as adjuvant therapy in participants with human epidermal growth (HER) factor 2 (HER2)-positive primary invasive breast cancer.
