This is a phase 1/1b study of TTX-030 in combination therapy, an antibody that inhibits CD39 enzymatic activity, leading to accumulation of pro-inflammatory adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and reduction of immunosuppressive adenosine, which may change the tumor microenvironment and promote anti-tumor immune response. This trial will study the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and anti-tumor activity of TTX-030 in combination with immunotherapy and/or standard chemotherapies.

Phase II single arm, open label, nonrandomized study. The aim of our study is to assess the Progression Free Survival (PFS) in suboptimally cytoreduced epithelial ovarian/ primary peritoneal/ fallopian tube cancer patients treated with the novel combination of carboplatin every 21 days (triweekly) /weekly paclitaxel IV with pembrolizumab IV followed by maintenance pembrolizumab IV.

RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to damage tumor cells. Combining paclitaxel with radiation therapy may kill more tumor cells. PURPOSE: This trial is to study the effectiveness of concurrent administration of chemotherapy and radiation therapy in treating women who have stage II or stage III breast cancer by examining the complications and cosmetic effects.

The purpose of this study is to see how effective the combination of the two chemotherapy drugs (carboplatin and nab-paclitaxel) are when added to a third drug, pembrolizumab. Pembrolizumab is an investigational (experimental) drug that works by reinvigorating the immune system, allowing it to target and destroy cancer cells.
