This phase I/II trial tests the safety, side effects, and effectiveness of axatilimab in combination with retifanlimab and paclitaxel for the treatment of patients with a solid tumor that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) or that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). Axatilimab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as retifanlimab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Paclitaxel is in a class of medications called antimicrotubule agents. It stops cancer cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Giving axatilimab in combination with retifanlimab and paclitaxel may be safe, tolerable and/or effective in treating patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. Read Less

This phase 3 study will be conducted in different countries all over the world. The purpose of this study is to compare how well Rina-S works against platinum-resistant ovarian cancer compared to chemotherapy drugs that are already approved and used for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. Treatment in this study could be Rina-S or it could be 1 of 4 indicated chemotherapy agents that are considered standard medical care. There is an equal (50:50) chance of getting Rina-S or an approved chemotherapy agent as treatment in this study. No one will know what treatment they are assigned to until the first dose. This study is a multiple cohort, multicenter, open-label Phase 1 study with dose-escalation substudies investigating intravenous (IV) BAL0891 as monotherapy, and in combination with carboplatin or paclitaxel, to determine the safety and tolerability of increasing doses of BAL0891 in patients with advanced solid tumors or relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia. This phase III trial compares the effects of shorter chemotherapy (chemo)-immunotherapy without anthracyclines to usual chemo-immunotherapy for the treatment of early-stage triple negative breast cancer. Paclitaxel is in a class of medications called anti-microtubule agents. It stops cancer cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of cancer cells. Cyclophosphamide is in a class of medications called alkylating agents. It works by damaging the cell's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and may kill cancer cells. It may also lower the body's immune response. Docetaxel is in a class of medications called taxanes. It stops cancer cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Doxorubicin is an anthracycline chemotherapy drug that damages DNA and may kill cancer cells. Pembrolizumab may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Shorter treatment without anthracycline chemotherapy may work the same as the usual anthracycline chemotherapy treatment for early-stage triple negative breast cancer. Read Less
