A Study of JNJ-90301900 in Combination With Chemoradiation Followed by Consolidation Immunotherapy for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to determine whether JNJ-90301900 added to concurrent platinum-based doublet chemotherapy with radiation therapy (cCRT) followed by consolidation immunotherapy (cIT) can improve objective response rate (ORR; that is percentage of participants whose best response is complete response or partial response during the study) in participants with locally advanced and unresectable stage III non-small cell lung cancer.

Nab-Paclitaxel in Treating Older Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer
Active Not Recruiting
This phase II trial studies the side effects of nab-paclitaxel in treating older patients with breast cancer that has spread from where it started to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or to other places in the body (metastatic). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as nab-paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.

Taxoprexin Plus Carboplatin Treatment for Advanced Lung Cancer
Completed
The primary objective of this trial is to compare the survival of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated with weekly Taxoprexin in combination with carboplatin to those treated with paclitaxel plus carboplatin in a prospectively randomized trial. In addition, the response rate to each regimen, response duration, time to progression and time to treatment failure will be measured. Toxicity will be evaluated and compared between the two groups.
