Cryocompression With or Without Cilostazol for the Prevention of Paclitaxel-induced Neuropathy in Patients With Gynecological Cancers
Recruiting
The phase II trial evaluates the effectiveness of cryocompression therapy alone or in combination with cilostazol in preventing paclitaxel-induced peripheral neuropathy (numbness, pain or tingling in the feet and hands) for patients with gynecologic cancers. Peripheral neuropathy is a common side effect of many chemotherapeutic agents, including paclitaxel. Paclitaxel is in a class of medications called antimicrotubule agents. It stops cancer cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Cr... Read More

Active Not Recruiting
This is a phase 3, open-label, 4-cohort study (3 randomized cohorts and 1 single-arm cohort). Participants enrolled in each cohort will be treated as detailed below. Each study cohort will be analyzed separately. Treatment will continue for up to 2 years, or until the patient experiences confirmed progressive disease or unacceptable toxicity, withdraws consent, or if the investigator feels that it is no longer in the patient's best interest to continue treatment. Patients will be followed for di... Read More

A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Ipatasertib in Combination With Atezolizumab and Paclitaxel or Nab-Paclitaxel in Participants With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Triple-Negative Breast Cancer
Completed
This is a study consisting of four cohorts in this setting. In Cohort 1, the safety and efficacy of ipatasertib (ipat) in combination with atezolizumab (atezo) and paclitaxel (pac) or nab-paclitaxel will be evaluated for participants with locally advanced or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) who have not previously received chemotherapy. In Cohort 2, ipatasertib and atezolizumab (with no chemotherapy), will be administered to participants with locally advanced or metastatic TNBC. I... Read More

GSK3359609 Plus Tremelimumab for the Treatment of Advanced Solid Tumors
Completed
The purpose of this study is to evaluate if the combination of GSK3359609 and tremelimumab is safe and tolerable (Part 1) and provides significant survival benefit to subjects with relapsed/refractory (R/R) Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinomas (HNSCC) to warrant further clinical investigation (Part 2). Part 1 (dose escalation) will enroll subjects with advanced, selected solid tumors. Subjects will receive escalating doses of GSK3359609 and tremelimumab in combination in Part 1. Part 2 is rand...
