The purpose of this study is to find out what effects, good or bad, the combination of standard chemotherapy agent paclitaxel with the investigational (experimental) drug afatinib that targets HER2, has on HER2-positive esophagogastric cancer that started to get bigger despite previous treatment with trastuzumab. The doctors will also study the tumor to understand why it grew while on trastuzumab treatment and to see the effects afatinib and paclitaxel has on the tumor.

This is an open label, multi-institutional, single arm Phase II trial. All patients will be treated with Carboplatin, Paclitaxel, Durvalumab and Radiation. All patients with non-PD after induction therapy who remain surgical candidates will undergo surgical resection 4-12 weeks following induction therapy. After surgical resection, all patients who remain eligible will be treated with adjuvant Durvalumab every 4 weeks for 6 cycles beginning 4-12 weeks after surgical resection.

This is an open-label Phase 2 Pilot study to evaluate Disulfiram + Copper Gluconate in patients metastatic pancreatic cancer whose CA-19-9 levels rise while receiving nab-paclitaxel (Abraxane) plus gemcitabine (Gemzar) or FOLFIRINOX or single-agent gemcitabine (Gemzar). This phase II trial studies the side effects and how well vinorelbine tartrate and paclitaxel works in treating older patients with non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other placed in the body. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as vinorelbine tartrate and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving combination chemotherapy may kill more tumor cells.
