This study is researching experimental drugs called trevogrumab and garetosmab (called "study drugs") in combination with another drug, semaglutide (Wegovy®). This study will be done in 3 parts, Part A, Part B, and Part C where different study drugs will be tested. Part A of the study is focused on healthy participants. Part B and C of the study is focused on participants with obesity. The aim of Part A of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug is in healthy participants. The aim of Part B and Part C of the study is to see how safe and effective the study drug is when combined with Wegovy. Participants will get semaglutide (active medicine) or placebo ('dummy medicine'). This is known as participants' study medicine - which treatment participants get is decided by chance. Semaglutide is a medicine, doctors can prescribe in some countries for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Participants will get the study medicine in a pen. Participants will use the pen to inject the medicine in a skin fold once a week. The study will close when there is enough information collected to show clear result of the study. This study will look at how the participants daily life is affected by their heart failure. The study will also look at the change in participants body weight from the start to the end of the study. This is to compare the effect on heart failure symptoms and on body weight in people taking semaglutide (a new medicine) to people taking "dummy" medicine. Participants will either get semaglutide or "dummy" medicine - which treatment participants get is decided by chance. Participants will need to take 1 injection once a week. The study medicine is injected with a thin needle in a skin fold in the stomach area, thigh or upper arm. During the study participants will have talks with the study staff about healthy lifestyle choices including healthy food and physical activity. The study will last for approximately 59 weeks. The purpose of this study is to learn how well efinopegdutide works compared to placebo in people who have non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Researchers will also learn about the safety and benefit of efinopegdutide and how well people tolerate the medicine. The purpose of this study is to find out if PF-07081532 ("the active study drug"), is safe and helps treat people with obesity without diabetes to lose weight, and people with diabetes to keep their blood sugar in good control. Individuals diagnosed with diabetes that are on metformin or individuals with obesity without diabetes will be included in the study. Those participating in the diabetes part of the study, will receive either active study drug, placebo, or an approved treatment called Rybelsus. Those in the obesity part of the study, will receive either active study drug or placebo. The study will last for about 36 weeks except for the first 25% of the participants that enter in which case the study will last for approximately 48 weeks. during this time there will be visits every 4 weeks with phone calls in between.
