This study will look at the effects of CagriSema on cardiovascular events (for example heart attack and stroke) in people living with cardiovascular disease. Participants will either get CagriSema or a dummy medicine (also called "placebo") which has no effect on the body. Which treatment participants will get will be decided by chance. Participant's chance of getting CagriSema or placebo is the same. Participants will inject the study medicine once a week. Participants will either get an active medicine or a "dummy" medicine (placebo). Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. This study is researching experimental drugs called trevogrumab and garetosmab (called "study drugs") in combination with another drug, semaglutide (Wegovy®). This study will be done in 3 parts, Part A, Part B, and Part C where different study drugs will be tested. Part A of the study is focused on healthy participants. Part B and C of the study is focused on participants with obesity. The aim of Part A of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug is in healthy participants. The aim of Part B and Part C of the study is to see how safe and effective the study drug is when combined with Wegovy. This study will look at participants body weight from the start to the end of the study. It will also look at how much pain participants have in participants knee from the start to the end of the study and how this affects participants daily life. This is to compare the effect on body weight and pain in the knee in people taking semaglutide with people taking "dummy" medicine. Participants will either get semaglutide or "dummy" medicine. Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. Participants will need to take 1 injection once a week. The study medicine is injected with a thin needle in a skin fold in the stomach, thigh or upper arm. During the study, participants will have talks with study staff about how to eat healthy food and how to be more physically active. The study will last for about 1 ½ years. Participants will have 14 clinic visits with the study staff. At the first clinic visit participants will have a blood sample taken. Participants will have an X-ray of participants knee taken at the first visit. If participants have had an X-ray recently, this may not be needed. At 6 of the clinic visits participants cannot take pain medications for 3 days before the visit. Participants cannot take part if participants have had a joint replacement surgery in participants knee. Participants cannot take part if participants have or have had diabetes. This study will compare the new medicine IcoSema, which is a combination of insulin icodec and semaglutide, taken once a week, to semaglutide taken once a week in people with type 2 diabetes. The study will look at how well IcoSema controls blood sugar level in people with type 2 diabetes compared to semaglutide. Participants will either get IcoSema or semaglutide. Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. IcoSema is a new medicine that doctors cannot prescribe. Doctors can already prescribe semaglutide in many countries. Participants will get IcoSema or semaglutide, which they must inject once a week with a pen, which has a small needle, in a skin fold in the thigh, upper arm, or stomach. The study will last for about 1 year and 1 month. Participants will have 18 clinic visits, 34 phone/video calls with the study doctor, and 4 contacts with the site that can either be clinic visits or phone/video calls. At 11 clinic visits participants will have blood samples taken. At 7 clinic visits participants cannot eat or drink (except for water) for 8 hours before the visit. This study is done to see if semaglutide has an effect on walking ability compared with placebo (dummy medicine) in people with peripheral arterial disease (PAD) and type 2 diabetes. Participants will either get semaglutide or placebo ("dummy") medicine - which treatment participants get is decided by chance. Semaglutide is a medicine for type 2 diabetes that can be prescribed by doctors in some countries. Participants will get the study medicine (semaglutide or placebo) in a pre-filled pen for injection. Participants must inject it once a week into the stomach area, thigh, or upper arm, at any time of the day. The study will last for about 59 weeks. Participants will have 8 clinic visits and 1 phone call with the study doctor. At some clinic visits, participants will have blood tests. In this study, semaglutide will be compared to placebo (a look-alike inactive substance, a "sugar pill") to determine if its use will prevent weight gain after liver transplantation (LT). In addition, researchers will be testing to determine if semaglutide prevents the development of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) after transplant through Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and laboratory results. This study will look at how well CagriSema helps people with obesity lose weight compared to a "dummy medicine". CagriSema is a new medicine developed by Novo Nordisk. CagriSema cannot yet be prescribed by doctors. The study has two parts: First part is called the main phase and will last for 2 years, and second part is called the extension phase and will last for 1 year. In the main phase participants will either get CagriSema or "dummy medicine". Which treatment participants get is decided by chance and is not known by participants or the study doctor. In the extension phase participants will get either CagriSema or slowly reduce participants dose of CagriSema if participants had CagriSema in the main phase. Which treatment participants get is decided by chance and is not known by participants or the study doctor in both phases. This study is being done to see if a combination of 2 medicines (called NNC0194-0499 and semaglutide) can reduce liver damage in patients with non alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). NNC0194-0499 is a new medicine which works in the liver. Semaglutide is a well-known medicine, which is already used by doctors to treat type 2 diabetes in many countries. It also helps with weight loss and may reduce liver damage, and so prevent future liver complications. It works in a different way to NNC0194 0499. The 2 medicines may work better together than on their own. The study will also look at a combination of semaglutide and another weight-loss medicine called NNC0174-0833, which may be another treatment option for NASH. Each week, participants will get 2 injections. These could be 2 of the 3 medicines OR 1 of the medicines and a placebo OR 2 placebo injections. Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. A placebo is a dummy medicine which looks like the real medicine but doesn't contain any active medicine. The study will last for about 19 months. Participants will have 14 clinic visits and 9 phone calls with the study doctor. Participants will have 1 or 2 liver biopsies (tiny pieces of liver tissue) - one at the start (if participants have not had a biopsy recently) and one at the end of the study treatment.
