The purpose of this Phase-2 chronic weight management master protocol (CWMM) is to create a framework to evaluate the safety and efficacy of various investigational interventions for chronic weight management with intervention-specific appendices (ISAs). The CWMM establishes entry criteria for newly enrolled participants across the master and the ISAs. The ISAs may start independently of other ISAs as interventions become available for clinical testing. The results for the CWMM screening record will be reported when all the ISA's complete. The main purpose of this study is to demonstrate that when participants with psoriatic arthritis and obesity or overweight in the presence of at least 1 weight-related comorbid condition receive ixekizumab and tirzepatide concomitantly administered, participants see improvement in their psoriatic arthritis and achieve weight reduction compared to when receiving ixekizumab. The purpose of this research study is to evaluate what type of treatment will be beneficial for people with Crohn's disease and difficult to treat inflammation in the small bowel. Current therapies are used to control the inflammation due to Crohn's disease in your digestive tract. In some patients, those therapies are not sufficient to fully treat the disease. This objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of a different type of therapy, tirzepatide, that may promote healing of the affected intestinal segment. To evaluate the efficacy of this medication, a member of the research team will ask patients questions about how they feel and observe whether this medication heals the their bowel at colonoscopy. A member of the research team will also use blood samples, stool samples and samples of the small intestine taken during a colonoscopy to understand how tirzepatide helps heal the intestine. This study will look at how well CagriSema compared to Tirzepatide helps people lower their body weight. CagriSema is a new investigational medicine developed by Novo Nordisk that combines Cagrilintide and Semaglutide. CagriSema is not yet being prescribed by doctors. Participant will get injections once a week throughout the treatment period. Participant will inject the study medicine under the skin with a pen injector in the thigh, stomach, or upper arm. After a first low dose, the study medicine will be gradually increased until reaching the planned dose (2.4 mg CagriSema or 15 mg Tirzepatide).
