This randomized phase III trial studies Tokyo-172 strain bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) solution with or without a vaccination using Tokyo-172 strain BCG to see how well it works compared with TICE BCG solution in treating patients with bladder cancer that has not spread to muscle. BCG is a non-infectious bacteria that when instilled into the bladder may stimulate the immune system to fight bladder cancer. The purpose of this study is to understand the safety and effects of a combined influenza and COVID-19 vaccine. This combined vaccine is compared to separate vaccines for the protection against influenza and SARS-CoV-2. Influenza and COVID-19 are diseases that can spread easily from one person to another and cause body aches, fever, cough, and other symptoms. Giving both influenza and COVID-19 vaccines together against influenza and SARS-CoV-2 could provide great benefits to both patients and caregivers in terms of simple and easy care. Around 8550 participants will be assigned into 1 of 8 vaccination groups (Group A, B, C, D, E, F, G or H) by chance. Cohort 1: Approximately 450 participants will be assigned by chance to one of the following: * Group A:Influenza and COVID-19 combination A vaccine, given at the same time in one arm and placebo (an injection consisting of just salt water and no medicines in it) in the opposite arm. * Group B: COVID-19 vaccine, given at the same time to one arm and licensed influenza vaccine in the opposite arm. Cohort 2: Approximately 4500 participants will be assigned by chance to one of the following: * Group C: Influenza and COVID-19 combination B vaccine, given at the same time in one arm and placebo in the opposite arm. * Group D: COVID-19 vaccine, given at the same time in one arm and licenced influenza vaccine in the opposite arm. Cohort 3: Approximately 3600 participants will be assigned by chance to one of the following: * Group E: Influenza and COVID-19 combination B vaccine. * Group F: COVID-19 vaccine. * Group G: Licenced influenza vaccine. * Group H: Investigational influenza vaccine. All participants in cohort 1 and cohort 2 will receive 2 injections and participants in cohort 3 will receive 1 injection as per their assigned study group at Visit 1. The participants will be followed for about 6 months. During this time, researchers will assess safety and the body's reaction to the vaccination over approximately 6 months. An antibody is a substance your body makes to fight off infection. This study will explore the safety and antibody response of a vaccine to prevent severe diarrhea caused by a germ called Clostridoides difficile (C. diff). Three new formulations of the C. diff vaccine will be used in this study, in addition to a C. diff vaccine formulation that has been studied in previous clinical trials. The purpose of this study is to understand if giving the new C. diff vaccine formulations helps people make as many antibodies as giving the previously studied C. diff vaccine formulation. The study is divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 will evaluate 3 new formulations of the C. diff vaccine and 2 dosing schedules spread out over 2 months or 6 months. The Phase 1 portion of the study is seeking participants: * who are healthy adults of 65 to 84 years of age * who have not had a C. diff infection before * who have not received a C. diff vaccine or C. diff monoclonal antibody therapy before. All participants in Phase 1 will receive study injections with active vaccine or placebo at each vaccination visit, depending on the vaccine group to which they are assigned. A placebo does not contain any active ingredients. Participants in Phase 1 will attend at least 9 study visits and will take part in the study for approximately 18 months. Based on the results of Phase 1, 1 or 2 of the new C. diff vaccine formulations will be chosen for further study in Phase 2. Phase 2 will evaluate the safety and effects of the new C. diff vaccine formulation(s) chosen in Phase 1. The Phase 2 portion of the study is seeking participants: * who are healthy adults ≥65 years of age * who have not had a C. diff infection before * who have not received a C. diff vaccine or C. diff monoclonal antibody therapy before. This is a phase 3, randomized, double-blind, active comparator-controlled study of the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of V116 compared to PCV20 (pneumococcal 20-valent conjugate vaccine (\[Prevnar 20™ / APEXXNAR™\]) in pneumococcal vaccine-naïve adults. It is hypothesized that V116 is noninferior to PCV20 for the common serotypes and superior to PCV20 for the unique serotypes as assessed by serotype specific opsonophagocytic activity (OPA) 30 days postvaccination. It is also hypothesized that V116 in participants 18 to 49 years of age immunobridges to V116 in participants 50 to 64 years of age as assessed by serotype specific OPA geometric mean titers (GMTs) 30 days postvaccination for all 21 serotypes in V116. The primary objective of this study is to demonstrate the non-inferiority of the vaccine seroresponse to meningococcal serogroups A, C, Y, and W following administration of 2 doses of MenACYW conjugate vaccine compared to 2 doses of MENVEO® when given concomitantly with routine pediatric vaccines to infants and toddlers 6 to 7 months of age and 12 to 13 months of age. The secondary objectives of the study are: * To demonstrate the non-inferiority of the percentage of participants with antibody titers to meningococcal serogroups A, C, Y, and W ≥ 1:8 following administration of 2 doses of MenACYW conjugate vaccine compared to 2 doses of MENVEO® when given concomitantly with pediatric routine vaccines to infants and toddlers at 6 to 7 months of age and 12 to 13 months of age. * To describe the antibody response against meningococcal serogroups A, C, Y, and W 30 days after the second vaccination at 12 to 13 months of age with MenACYW conjugate vaccine or MENVEO®. * To describe the antibody response against meningococcal serogroups A, C, Y, and W 30 days and 6 months after the first vaccination at 6 to 7 months of age with MenACYW conjugate vaccine or MENVEO®. * To describe the antibody response against meningococcal serogroups A, C, Y, and W 30 days after the second vaccination at 20 to 23 months of age with MenACYW conjugate vaccine or Menactra®.
