Dendritic cell vaccines work by boosting the immune system (a system in the body that protect against infection) to recognize and destroy the cancer cells. . The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study vaccine for the possible prevention of influenza. Influenza is a disease that can spread easily from one person to another and cause body aches, fever, cough, and other symptoms. The study vaccine is called Pandemic Influenza modRNA (pdmFlu) Vaccine. This study is seeking for participants who are: * between the ages of 18 to 49 years old or 65 to 84 years old. * willing and able to follow with all scheduled visits, treatment plan, laboratory tests, lifestyle changes, and other study procedures. * healthy as confirmed by medical history, physical examinations, and the study doctor. * capable of signing informed consent. Participants will receive either: * the pdmFlu vaccine, * a licensed influenza vaccine * a placebo. A placebo does not have any medicine in it but looks just like the study medicine. Participants will not know which vaccine they receive. Participants will receive the study vaccines as a single shot in the arm. The study will compare participant experiences to help understand if the pdmFlu vaccine is safe and effective. Participants will take part in this study for up to 13 months. This is a Phase 2, multicenter, randomized, double-blind placebo controlled, 2-arm study to evaluate the effect of amlitelimab on vaccine antibody responses, and the safety of amlitelimab concurrently administered with non-live vaccines in adult participants with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The purpose of this study is to compare the immune responses to concomitantly administered Boostrix (tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis \[Tdap\]) and Pneumovax 23 (PPSV) vaccines in adult participants with moderate-to-severe AD treated with amlitelimab versus placebo. The study will evaluate the percentage of participants achieving a positive anti-tetanus response at Week 16 (primary endpoint) and a positive anti-pneumococcal response at Week 16 (key secondary endpoint). This study is a large-scale investigation (Phase 3) into a new booster shot designed specifically for teenagers. The booster targets a particular variant of COVID-19, Omicron XBB.1.5. The main focus is on safety: researchers want to see if this new booster is safe for teenagers who have already received two doses of the Pfizer or Moderna mRNA COVID-19 vaccines. To ensure a fair comparison, the study will use a double-blind approach. This phase I/II trial tests the safety, side effects, best dose, and effectiveness of multi-epitope folate receptor alpha-loaded dendritic cell vaccine (FRalphaDC) with pembrolizumab in treating patients with ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer (collectively known as ovarian cancer) that that has come back (after a period of improvement) (recurrent). Ovarian cancer is the most lethal gynecologic malignancy in the United States. While the majority of patients achieve a remission from ovarian cancer with the combination of aggressive cytoreductive surgery and cytotoxic chemotherapy, over 80% of patients develop recurrence within 3 years of completion of treatment. Additional treatments are needed for recurrence, but the standard treatment modalities are non-curative in nature due to the development of drug resistance. As such, there is a great unmet need for treatment strategies that utilize new mechanisms to which drug resistance does not develop. FRalphaDC is a dendritic cell vaccine that is made from the white blood cells collected from a procedure call apheresis. The white blood cells are treated to make dendritic cells, which will then be incubated with peptides, which are pieces of a protein known as "folate receptor alpha" (FRalpha), a protein that is found in high levels on ovarian cancer cells. Dendritic cell vaccines work by boosting the immune system (a system in the body that protect against infection) to recognize and destroy the tumor cells by targeting the FRalpha protein. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving FRalphaDC vaccine with pembrolizumab may be a safe and effective treatment for recurrent ovarian cancer. Read Less
