The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the maximum tolerated dose and to find out the side effects of a drug called IBRX-042 at different dose levels in patients with recurrent or progressive Human Papillomavirus (HPV) associated tumors. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the maximum tolerated dose of IBRX-042? * How well does the study drug treat cancer? * What effects the study drug may have on the human body and cancer? Participants will receive IBRX-042 at one of three dose levels every 3 weeks for a total of 3 injections. This phase IIA trial studies the effect of a vaccine (PDS0101) when given together with chemotherapy and radiation therapy (chemoradiation) in treating patients with stage IB3-IVA cervical cancer. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. PDS0101 is a type of vaccine that is intended to help the immune system respond to human papillomavirus (HPV16)-infected cervical tumor cells. PDS0101 contains two active components: the first is called R-DOTAP (Versamune) and is included in the vaccine to boost the immune system's response against the HPV viral proteins and the second group of active components are selected small pieces of proteins (called peptides) taken from the HPV virus. The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and immune effects of a pneumococcal vaccine in adults. This vaccine can possibly provide protection against further pneumococcal disease. This study will happen in 3 stages: Stage 1 is seeking participants who are between 18 years to 49 years of age. The participants will receive 1 of 2 pneumococcal vaccine candidates (different formulations) or 20vPnC (Prevnar 20) as a single shot given into the upper arm muscle. Stage 2 will begin after participants have completed Stage 1, and a pneumococcal vaccine candidate has been decided. Stage 2 is seeking participants who are adults 50 years of age and older. The participants will receive the chosen pneumococcal vaccine candidate from Stage 1 or 20vPnC (Prevnar 20). The vaccines will be given as a single shot into the upper arm muscle. Stage 3 is seeking participants who are adults 50 years of age and older. The participants will receive the chosen pneumococcal vaccine candidate from Stage 1 or a licensed pneumococcal comparator vaccine. The vaccines will be given as a single shot into the upper arm muscle. Participants will take part in this study for about 6 months for Stage 1 and Stage 3, and 12 months for Stage 2. During this time participants will have from 2 to 4 clinic visits and 1 phone visit. At these clinic visits, participants will be asked if any side effects were experienced. The purpose of this study is to understand the safety and effects of a combined influenza and COVID-19 vaccine. This combined vaccine is compared to separate vaccines for the protection against influenza and SARS-CoV-2. Influenza and COVID-19 are diseases that can spread easily from one person to another and cause body aches, fever, cough, and other symptoms. Giving both influenza and COVID-19 vaccines together against influenza and SARS-CoV-2 could provide great benefits to both patients and caregivers in terms of simple and easy care. Around 8550 participants will be assigned into 1 of 8 vaccination groups (Group A, B, C, D, E, F, G or H) by chance. Cohort 1: Approximately 450 participants will be assigned by chance to one of the following: * Group A:Influenza and COVID-19 combination A vaccine, given at the same time in one arm and placebo (an injection consisting of just salt water and no medicines in it) in the opposite arm. * Group B: COVID-19 vaccine, given at the same time to one arm and licensed influenza vaccine in the opposite arm. Cohort 2: Approximately 4500 participants will be assigned by chance to one of the following: * Group C: Influenza and COVID-19 combination B vaccine, given at the same time in one arm and placebo in the opposite arm. * Group D: COVID-19 vaccine, given at the same time in one arm and licenced influenza vaccine in the opposite arm. Cohort 3: Approximately 3600 participants will be assigned by chance to one of the following: * Group E: Influenza and COVID-19 combination B vaccine. * Group F: COVID-19 vaccine. * Group G: Licenced influenza vaccine. * Group H: Investigational influenza vaccine. All participants in cohort 1 and cohort 2 will receive 2 injections and participants in cohort 3 will receive 1 injection as per their assigned study group at Visit 1. This study is a large-scale investigation (Phase 3) into a new booster shot designed specifically for teenagers. The booster targets a particular variant of COVID-19, Omicron XBB.1.5. The main focus is on safety: researchers want to see if this new booster is safe for teenagers who have already received two doses of the Pfizer or Moderna mRNA COVID-19 vaccines. To ensure a fair comparison, the study will use a double-blind approach. This means two groups of teenagers will receive booster shots, but neither the teenagers nor the researchers giving the shots will know beforehand which version of the booster each person gets. The goal of this cluster randomized clinical trial is to test the efficacy of messaging interventions to increase booster vaccine uptake in adults in the emergency department(ED). The main question\[s\] and goals of this study are: * does the intervention of vaccine messaging increase booster vaccine uptake at 30 days post ED visit? * does the intervention of asking about vaccine acceptance increase booster vaccine uptake at 30 days post ED visit? * considering recent national changes to funding and availability of updated vaccines, the investigators will examine the effects of these changes on vaccine acceptance and uptake in ED populations. This is a phase 3, randomized, double-blind, active comparator-controlled study of the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of V116 compared to PCV20 (pneumococcal 20-valent conjugate vaccine (\[Prevnar 20™ / APEXXNAR™\]) in pneumococcal vaccine-naïve adults. It is hypothesized that V116 is noninferior to PCV20 for the common serotypes and superior to PCV20 for the unique serotypes as assessed by serotype specific opsonophagocytic activity (OPA) 30 days postvaccination. It is also hypothesized that V116 in participants 18 to 49 years of age immunobridges to V116 in participants 50 to 64 years of age as assessed by serotype specific OPA geometric mean titers (GMTs) 30 days postvaccination for all 21 serotypes in V116.
