Brief Summary of Stage 1: The purpose Stage 1 (Phase I/IIa) is to assess the safety and immunogenicity of a single intramuscular (IM) injection of 3 dose-levels of an Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) vaccine candidate formulated with 2 different lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) in healthy adult participants aged between 18 to 50 years, and 60 years and older. The primary objectives of this stage are to assess the safety and immunogenicity profiles across the dose-level groups (low, medium, and high doses) with 2 LNPs. This stage will evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a booster vaccination administered 12 months after the primary vaccination in a subset of the study population. Brief Summary of Stage 2: The study also also incorporates a Stage 2 (Phase IIa, dose-ranging design) that includes adults aged 60 years and older to assess the safety and immunogenicity of different doses of RSV vaccine encapsulated in one of the LNPs. In the Phase IIa dose-ranging stage, eligible participants will be randomly assigned in a 1:1:1 ratio to receive a single IM administration of RSV vaccine candidate doses, or placebo. The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the maximum tolerated dose and to find out the side effects of a drug called IBRX-042 at different dose levels in patients with recurrent or progressive Human Papillomavirus (HPV) associated tumors. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the maximum tolerated dose of IBRX-042? * How well does the study drug treat cancer? * What effects the study drug may have on the human body and cancer? Participants will receive IBRX-042 at one of three dose levels every 3 weeks for a total of 3 injections. The purpose of this study was to assess the safety, effectiveness, and immune response of the meningococcal combined ABCWY vaccine (GSK4023393A) intended to protect against invasive meningococcal disease (IMD) caused by all 5 meningococcal serogroups. The first time-in-human (FTIH), Phase I part of this study was conducted in healthy adults in a dose-escalating fashion with 2 formulations of the investigational MenABCWY-2Gen vaccine and served as a safety lead-in to the Phase II study. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, reactogenicity and immune response of the candidate CMV recombinant protein subunit (CMVsu) vaccine consisting of a combination of glycoproteins B (gB) and pentamer antigens adjuvanted, regardless of baseline CMV sero-status. This phase Ib/II trial evaluates the safety and effect of the Nous-209 vaccine in Lynch syndrome patients. Lynch syndrome is an inherited disorder in which affected individuals have a higher-than-normal chance of developing colorectal cancer and certain other types of cancer, often before the age of 50. In Lynch syndrome, errors in the genetic information inside cells are not properly corrected. When that happens, the cells produce new proteins called neoantigens. Neoantigens are recognized by the body's immune system as foreign, and the body tries to get rid of them. Nous-209 is a vaccine made with man-made copies of some of those neoantigens. This trial aims to see whether the Nous-209 vaccine is safe to give to patients with Lynch syndrome, whether people are able to take the Nous-209 vaccine without becoming too uncomfortable, and how the immune system of patients with Lynch syndrome respond to the Nous-209 vaccine. This trial may help researchers determine whether receiving Nous-209 have an effect on the development of polyps or tumors in the colon. Read Less

This phase IIA trial studies the effect of a vaccine (PDS0101) when given together with chemotherapy and radiation therapy (chemoradiation) in treating patients with stage IB3-IVA cervical cancer. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. PDS0101 is a type of vaccine that is intended to help the immune system respond to human papillomavirus (HPV16)-infected cervical tumor cells. PDS0101 contains two active components: the first is called R-DOTAP (Versamune) and is included in the vaccine to boost the immune system's response against the HPV viral proteins and the second group of active components are selected small pieces of proteins (called peptides) taken from the HPV virus.
