The goal of this clinical trial is to test the use of creatine monohydrate supplementation with resistance training to preserve muscle mass and help lessen prostate cancer progression. The main question it aims to answer is if this treatment will help maintain muscle mass to help in reducing fatigue and improving physical function, independence, and quality of life. The goal of this open label, randomized, controlled clinical trial is to assess the benefits of providing Reiki therapy to subjects receiving their first brachytherapy treatment for gynecological malignancies. Participants will either receive a session of Reiki therapy or usual care during the standard wait time between the placement of the brachytherapy device and brachytherapy treatment. Questionnaires will be administered at various time points on the day of the participant's first brachytherapy treatment as well as at the three month follow-up time point. Researchers will compare the intervention (Reiki therapy) and control (usual care) groups to assess the impact of the Reiki therapy on anxiety, pain, state anxiety, depression, and physiological measurements. The goal of this open-label clinical trial is to assess the feasibility of Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) studies for adults with non-operable GI cancers suffering with existential distress. The main questions it aims to answer are: Is it feasible to conduct a KAP study with this population? What is the safety and tolerability of KAP in this population? How prevalent is existential distress in this population? This phase III trial compares the effect of the combination of ramucirumab and pembrolizumab versus standard of care chemotherapy for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer that is stage IV or that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This trial may help doctors find out if giving ramucirumab with pembrolizumab is more effective at treating patients with stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer than standard chemotherapy. This will be a single-site, five-arm, parallel group randomized control trial involving patients seeking integrative healthcare. Four different styles of 5-minute, audio-recoded mindfulness practices delivered in the clinic waiting room will be compared with a 5-minute audio-recording about integrative healthcare. The long-term goal of this study is to determine the efficacy of Time Restricted Eating (TRE) for improving metabolic health, preventing cardiometabolic comorbidities, and improving prognosis after endometrial cancer diagnosis. The primary objective of the protocol is to conduct a 16-week randomized dietary crossover study to evaluate the feasibility, fidelity and preliminary acceptability of TRE among endometrial cancer patients, and to provide proof of principle that TRE can improve metabolic health in this population.
