                This is an open-label, multi-center, phase I study designed to assess the maximum tolerated dose of ribociclib and belinostat in combination. The trial will open with a dose escalation followed by an expansion cohort at the identified dose. Dose escalation will be open to the enrollment of patients diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer or ovarian cancer. Dose expansion will only be open to patients diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer.

                This randomized research trial studies how well serum tumor marker directed disease monitoring works in monitoring patients with hormone receptor positive Her2 negative breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body.                 This is an open-label, single arm, single center, non-randomized feasibility study of the Muse MRgFUS System in subjects with breast cancer. Subjects will undergo partial ablation of half (≤50%) of one of their tumors (if multifocal or multicentric disease) followed by surgical resection per standard of care.
